Coley has extensive experience in foreign exchange transactions and sales with Morgan Stanley in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, as foreign exchange adviser to Silicon Valley Bank, and in XRP liquidity in Ripple. She is also one of the co-founders of WAM (Women and Money), which connects women to discuss the issues of earning, investing and responsible use of money.

Caitlin, with more than 20 years of work on Wall Street, served as a member of the Wyoming District Chain Task Force between 2018 and 2019, and helped to promote regulation and make Wyoming the country the most encrypted state in the United States.
