元宇宙：定义尚无定论 拥抱仍需理性

　　 元宇宙到底有多火？国外社交巨头Facebook将元宇宙定为公司未来的核心战略，并更名为Meta；微软、英伟达等科技巨头纷纷加入元宇宙赛道；区块链行业的元宇宙项目备受资本青睐。国内方面，腾讯、字节跳动、网易等争相布局元宇宙，中青宝等A股市场元宇宙概念股更是持续暴涨。

How hot is the meta-cosm? Foreign social giant Facebook has identified the meta-cosmos as the company’s core strategy for the future, and has changed its name to Meta; technocratic giants like Microsoft and British Weida have joined the meta-cosmos track; and the industry’s meta-cosm project is highly favoured by capital.

　　 火热之下，元宇宙成了一个现象级的“潮流词”，但究竟何为元宇宙？人们的看法不尽相同。近日，“直播带货”网红罗永浩在微博上表示，“我们的下一个创业项目是一家所谓的元宇宙公司”；科幻作家刘慈欣却表示，“扎克伯格的元宇宙不但不是未来，也不该是未来。”

In the heat of the fire, the meta-cosm became a phenomenon-class word, but what was the meta-cosm? People don't see it the same way. In recent days, the Red Lo Young-ho of the Lives Network has said on Twitter, “Our next venture is a so-called meta-cosm company”, while the science-fiction writer Liu Tse-Shin has said, “Zuckerberg's metacos are not, but not the future, nor should it be the future.”

　　 目前，虽然元宇宙整体上处于早期阶段，但科技巨头、资本方已开始争抢元宇宙赛道。

At present, although the universe as a whole is at an early stage, the technological giants and capitalists have begun to compete for the course of the meta-cosmos.

　　 对于元宇宙赛道来讲，Facebook更名Meta堪称里程碑事件。10月29日，社交巨头Facebook首席执行官马克·扎克伯格宣布，Facebook将更名为“Meta”。

On October 29, the CEO of social giant Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, announced that Facebook would be called “Meta.”

　　 11月3日，继Facebook后，微软也正在调整旗下的指标性产品，包括PowerPoint和Excel，以创建一个更加企业化的元宇宙版本。

On 3 November, following Facebook, Microsoft was also adjusting its indicator products under the flag, including PowerPoint and Excel, to create a more enterprise version of the meta-cosmos.

　　 值得注意的是，11月份以来，作为元宇宙重要基础设施的区块链行业有多个相关项目融资成功。

It is noteworthy that, since November, the block chain industry, which is an important infrastructure for the meta-cosmos, has been successfully financed by a number of related projects.

　　 11月2日，NFT游戏公司TheSandbox宣布完成9300万美元融资；元宇宙社交应用Flickplay完成500万美元融资；游戏元宇宙生态系统ProjectSEED宣布完成310万美元私募融资。

On 2 November, NFT Games, TheSandbox, announced the completion of $93 million in financing; the Flickplay, a meta-cosm social application, the completion of $5 million in financing; and the ProjectSEED, a game meta-cosm ecosystem, the completion of $3.1 million in private fund-raising.

　　 11月3日，元宇宙平台SecondLive宣布以3000万美元估值完成种子轮融资，获得BSC10亿美元增长基金以及BinanceLabs的资金支持。

On 3 November, SecondLive of the Yuan Cosmos Platform announced the completion of seed rotation finance with a $30 million valuation, with financial support from the BSC billion Growth Fund and the BinanceLabs.

　　 11月4日，区块链游戏开发平台Enjin成立1亿美元Efinity元宇宙基金，该基金将用于Metaverse项目、游戏、NFT应用等项目；同日，波场基金会与NFT市场APENFT联手推出1亿美元的基金，以支持NFT项目和数字艺术家。

On 4 November, Enjin, the block chain development platform, set up the $100 million Efinity dollar cosmos fund, which will be used for the Metaverse project, games, NFT applications, etc., and on the same day, the Wavefield Foundation launched a $100 million fund in partnership with APENFT in the NFT market to support the NFT project and digital artists.

　　 国内市场方面，A股市场涉及元宇宙概念的股票有31只，总市值近2500亿元人民币。以中青宝为例，其股价两个月内已暴涨了3倍，而从10月29日至今，股价涨幅超过了83%。

On the domestic market, the A share market has 31 shares related to the meta-cosm concept, with a total market value of nearly RMB 250 billion. For example, Sino-Singbao’s share price has skyrocketed three times in two months, and since 29 October it has risen by more than 83%.

There's no definitive definition of the meta-cosmos.

　　 对于元宇宙概念及扎克伯格的元宇宙构想，也有不少人持批判态度。被称为“中国第一位元宇宙架构师”的刘慈欣曾表示，元宇宙将是人类文明的一次内卷，局限封闭系统内的熵值总归是趋于最大的。所以元宇宙最后会引导人类走向死路一条。

There are also criticisms about the concept of the meta-cosmos and the Zuckerberg concept of the meta-cosm. Liu Tzu-Hin, known as the “China’s first Yuan cosmonographer”, once said that the meta-cosmos would be an inner circle of human civilization, and that the entropy values that limit the closed system would tend to be the greatest. So the meta-cosm will eventually lead mankind to the dead.

　　 谷歌前CEO埃里克·施密特表示，“我期待着元宇宙的出色创新，已经等了大约三十年。但至于Facebook是否会建立它，我不知道。”

Pre-Google CEO Eric Schmidt said, "I'm looking forward to the great innovation of the Woncosmos, which has been waiting for about 30 years. But I don't know if Facebook will build it."

　　 11月4日，微软总裁布拉德·史密斯接受采访时表示，所有科技巨头都会进军元宇宙，Facebook、微软、谷歌和苹果等公司都可能开发各自的版本。

In an interview on 4 November, Microsoft Managing Director Brad Smith stated that all technology giants would march into the universe and that companies such as Facebook, Microsoft, Google and Apple could develop their own versions.

　　 GPU制造商英伟达媒体和娱乐行业总经理RichardKerris日前亦在接受媒体采访时表示，元宇宙作为相互连通的虚拟世界，将很快成为现实。

Richard Kerris, the director-general of the media and entertainment industry of the GPU manufacturer, also recently interviewed the media, said that the Yuan cosmos, as a connected virtual world, would soon become a reality.

　　 “目前，蹭元宇宙概念的公司多，而且真假难辨。虽然几乎所有人都确定，元宇宙将是未来，但究竟何为元宇宙，人们尚未达成共识。”这是百度副总裁马杰刚刚在《AI呀，我去！》活动上分享的自己对于元宇宙的看法。

“Now, there are many companies with the concept of meta-cosmos, and it's hard to tell. Although almost everyone is certain that the meta-cosmos will be the future, there is no consensus as to what the meta-cosmos is.” This is the view of the meta-cosmos that 100-degree vice-president Marge just shared at the AI! campaign.

　　 中国通信工业协会区块链专委会轮值主席于佳宁在接受《证券日报》记者采访时表示，当前元宇宙相关的数字技术尚未成熟，有些应用尝试也可能会失败，相关的公司或项目都还处于早期阶段，其投资的风险性不可不察。

In an interview with a journalist from the Daily Securities Journal, the Chairman-in-Office of the District Chain Committee of the China Communications Industry Association stated that the digital technology associated with the meta-cosm was not yet mature, that some of the applications might fail, and that the companies or projects concerned were at an early stage, and that their investments were risky.

　　 不过，于佳宁坚称，未来十年将是元宇宙发展的黄金十年，转型窗口期已经悄然开启。资本的争相入局，势必会加速国内元宇宙的建设和普及，进而促进数字经济与实体经济实现更深层次的融合，为实体企业开辟全新的发展空间。

However, Yu Janin insists that the next decade will be a golden decade for the development of the meta-cosm, and that the window of transition has opened. The competition for capital will accelerate the construction and spread of the domestic meta-cosmos, thereby facilitating deeper integration of the digital economy with the real economy and opening up new development spaces for real businesses.

　　 通联数据资深行业研究专家汪敏对《证券日报》记者表示，元宇宙未来发展方向是与相关产业快速进步息息相关，包括5G/6G网络、云计算、边缘计算等，还广泛包括计算机视觉、深度学习等AI产业、电子游戏产业、交互硬件、区块链产业等，全球元宇宙市场规模未来或可达万亿美元级别，空间巨大。

According to Wang Min, a senior industry research expert on data from the United Nations Network, the future direction of the universe is closely linked to the rapid progress of related industries, including the 5G/6G network, cloud computing, margin computing, etc., as well as a wide range of AI industries such as computer visualization, in-depth learning, video games, interactive hardware, block chain industries, etc., and the future size of the global market in the meta-cosmos, which may reach trillions of dollars in space.
