区块链是由一个个区块构成的链条,每个区块内包含一定数量的信息,并按时间顺序依次相连。这个链条被分散地存储在众多服务器(称为“节点”)之中,只要有至少一台服务器运行正常,整条区块链就能保持安全无虞。这些节点为区块链系统提供了存储空间和计算能力的支持。由于想要修改区块链内的信息需要取得多数节点的同意并在所有节点间同步修改,而这些节点通常由不同实体掌控,所以篡改区块链信息非常困难。
The chain of blocks is a chain made up of blocks, each of which contains a certain amount of information and is linked in chronological order. The chain is stored in a wide variety of servers (known as “nodes”), and the whole chain of blocks remains secure as long as at least one of the servers is functioning properly. These nodes provide support for the storage space and computing capacity of the block chain system. Since the modification of information in the block chain requires the consent of most nodes and is synchronized between all nodes, which are usually controlled by different entities, it is very difficult to tamper with the information in the block chain.
二、类型公有区块链: 全球任一组织和个人均可参与交易并获取有效确认,任何人都能参与到共识过程中来。
行业区块链: 指定若干预选节点负责记账,每个新区块由所有预选节点共同生成,其他接入节点可参与交易,但无需过问记账事宜。此外,任何人都可通过区块链开放的API进行特定查询。

私有区块链: 只用区块链的总账技术进行记账,参与者可能是个体或公司,拥有对区块链写入权限的控制,此类区块链与其它分布式存储解决方案差异不大。
