7月25日一条《回村三天，二舅治好了我的精神内耗》的视频成为社交媒体关注的焦点。7月28日一名推特名字为 second uncel dao的用户表示：将通过发行second uncle coin（“二舅币”）对二舅的养老提供保障，营销钱包内资金将全部捐赠给二舅。“二舅币”上线以后遭遇市场爆炒，短期内上涨超过100倍，但随后两天内遭遇暴跌。与此同时，发行人也被质疑卷钱跑路，涉及金额或将高达130万美元。从启动到暴涨再到崩盘只有短短三天时间，“二舅币”创下了币圈最快的崩盘纪录。

北京青年报记者注意到，“二舅币”崩盘以后，市场又冒出了“大舅币”、“二舅妈币”、“草根二舅币”等，这些币种借助“二舅事件”展开花式割韭菜。业内人士称，短命的“二舅币”“大舅币”展示了币圈的花式割韭菜，也反映了当下币圈的种种乱象。

北青报记者查询知名虚拟货币资讯网站Top100Token发现，该网站已经下架了“second uncle coin”这个项目。但一些其他虚拟货币网站仍然可以看到该币的相关介绍。一些币圈网站甚至直接给“二舅币”打上了“欺诈警告！（Scam alert！）”的标识，提醒币圈投资者们这些代币有欺诈风险。

北青报注意到，无论是“二舅币”、“二舅妈币”、“大舅币”，都是在币安智能链上发行的，和国内没有关系。尽管国内已经禁止了虚拟货币交易，但是很多人还可以通过国外的网站参与虚拟货币的交易，比如“二舅币”的参与者就大多是国内的投资者。

北青报记者了解到，当前我国已经明令禁止了虚拟货币的发行。中国人民银行等七部门发布的《关于防范代币发行融资风险的公告》显示，代币发行就是“未经批准非法公开融资的行为，涉嫌非法发售代币票券、非法发行证券以及非法集资、金融诈骗、传销等违法犯罪活动”。
