从Web1.0到Web2.0，再到Web3.0的演进，反映了互联网发展理念的升级。Web1.0是以向消费者提供信息服务为理念，其典型应用是以雅虎、新浪、搜狐为代表的门户网站，主要特征是门户网站主导创作并向消费者提供服务，用户只能被动地浏览文字和图片以及简单的视频内容。

The evolution from Web1.0 to Web 2.0 to Web3.0 reflects the upgrading of the concept of Internet development. The main feature is that the portal leads to creation and provides services to consumers. Users can only passively view text and pictures, as well as simple video content.

Web2.0是以撮合劳动者和消费者为理念，其典型应用是以淘宝、美团、滴滴为代表的中介平台和以微信、微博、抖音为代表的内容社交平台，主要特征是平台作为中间商撮合多边市场，用户不仅是享受服务的消费者，同样可以成为提供服务的劳动者，在平台上交易劳动力、创造内容或者进行线上社交活动。

Web2.0 is based on the idea of matching workers and consumers, and its typical application is an intermediary platform represented by treasures, fairies, droplets and content social platforms represented by micro-mail, microblogging, shivering. The main feature is that the platform is a broker for multilateral markets, and users are not only consumers of services, but can also be service providers, trading labour, creating content or engaging in online social activities on the platform.

Web3.0是以去信任、去中介和数字资产化为理念，以区块链为底层关键技术，以数字生产和数字消费为主要经济形态的新一代互联网，其主要特征是利用分布式账本技术对Web2.0应用逻辑进行重构，利用区块链的可信协作、分布式执行、数据保护、资产转移等能力进一步整合信息流、业务流和价值流，以更加标准化的、更加简洁的链上智能合约来代替现有互联网应用服务，消除对中心化机构的依赖。

Web3.0 is a new generation of Internet technologies based on the concept of de-trust, de-brokering and digital asset conversion, with block chains as the bottom key technology, with digital production and digital consumption as the main economic shape. Its main feature is the re-engineering of Web 2.0 application logic using distributed book technology, and the further integration of information flows, business flows and value flows using the capacity of the block chain for credible collaboration, distributed execution, data protection, asset transfer, etc., to replace existing Internet application services with more standardized and streamlined links of intelligence contracts and to eliminate reliance on centralized institutions.

2022年9月21日，可信区块链推进计划第十次全体会议在京召开。会上，中国信通院云计算与大数据所区块链工程师吴因佥发布并解读了《WEB3.0前瞻研究报告（2022年）》。报告综合分析国内外Web3.0政策和产业发展现状，详细介绍了Web3.0的关键技术组件和核心应用场景，为我国积极稳妥探索Web3.0发展之路提供参考建议。

On 21 September 2022, the tenth plenary meeting of the Credible Block Chain Propulsion Plan was held in Kyoto. At the meeting, Wu In Hao, an engineer in the ICU cluster computing and big data agency, released and read the WEB 3.0 foresight study (2022).
