“只是因为一个玩笑”的狗狗币再次被马斯克带飞，一周涨超120%！币圈炒作何时休？

自全球首富马斯克宣布收购推特后，狗狗币（DOGE）的价格便开始一路疯涨。截至发稿，CoinGecko数据显示，狗狗币的最新交易价格约为0.14美元，一周内价格上涨超120%。截至目前，狗狗币以超180亿的市值，已经一跃成为全球市值第八大加密货币。在其带动下，Shiba Inu、Tamadoge等其他meme币的价格也都在上涨。

The price of Doges began to rise all the way since the world’s first Fumasque announced its acquisition of Twitter. As of the release, CoinGecko data show that the latest trade price of the doggies was about US$0.14, with prices rising by over 120% in a week.

“实际上，马斯克从未提及收购推特后将对狗狗币如何赋能，而是通过用带有‘狗’和‘推特logo’元素的图片来隐晦的进行炒作。2020年开始，马斯克屡次发推宣传狗狗币，对于关注马斯克的大量年轻人来说，狗狗币是他们最为眼熟的数字资产之一。”中国通信工业协会区块链专委会共同主席于佳宁在接受采访时向《华夏时报》记者表示。

“In fact, Musk never mentioned how the acquisition of Twitter would empower the dog money, but rather made a covert campaign by using pictures with the elements of ‘dog’ and ‘tweeplogo’. Since 2020, Musk has repeatedly promoted the dog price, which is one of the most familiar digital assets for a large number of young people who are interested in Musk.

在于佳宁看来，如果马斯克想要将推特改造为Web3.0 产品，合规稳定币或者其他主流资产是其更好的选择。而狗狗币，只是马斯克利用其社交网红的身份带动追随他的散户投资者进行投资，甚至追涨的一种工具。

In Janin’s view, if Mask wanted to transform Twitter into a Web3.0 product, compliance-stabilizing coins or other mainstream assets would be his better option. And the dog-coins, just a tool for Mask to use his social-reded identity to drive investors who followed him to invest, or even follow him up.

马斯克收购的推特与加密货币直接究竟有何联系？“马斯克收购推特的资金源有相当大一部分来自币圈，许多币圈经营机构，包括币安等都给马斯克收购推特提供了公开融资。”独立国际策略研究员陈佳向《华夏时报》记者表示。

除资金外，马斯克似乎正在计划用更多加密技术来“武装”推特。据外媒报道，10月28日，币安发言人曾表示，币安正组建新团队，致力于研究如何使用区块链和加密技术以帮助推特。币安的新团队将探索如何构建链上解决方案以处理推特现存问题，包括马斯克多次抱怨的机器人账户泛滥问题。

In addition to funding, Mask appears to be planning to use more encryption technology to “armed” Twitter. According to foreign sources, on October 28, a spokesman for the currency’s spokesperson said that it was forming a new team dedicated to studying how to use block chains and encryption to help Twitter. The new bank’s team will explore how to build a chain solution to address existing Twitter problems, including the proliferation of robotic accounts that Mr. Mask has repeatedly complained about.

推特新晋CEO马斯克可谓狗狗币的“死忠粉”，早在今年5月，在马斯克多条推文的助推下，狗狗币飙升至0.73美元的历史高点。而在6月份，狗狗币狂跌10%之时，他又发推给狗狗币“撑腰”，使狗狗币跌幅收窄至1.2%。

就此，于佳宁表示，狗狗币之前也曾在2020年年底五个月内拉出将近300倍的涨幅，从0.002美元拉涨至0.74美元。但当投机和FOMO情绪达到顶点时，巨量的资产泡沫就会产生，而泡沫必然会有破裂之时，市场风险越来越高。在到达顶点后，狗狗币从0.74美元跌至0.05美元，有些投资者不仅收益全无还倒亏本金。

In this regard, Gianning said that the doggie coin had also increased almost 300 times before, from US$0.002 to US$0.74 in the last five months of 2020. But when speculation and FOMO sentiment reached their peak, huge asset bubbles were created, and the bubbles were bound to burst, with market risks increasing.

《华夏时报》记者注意到，以狗狗币为代表的模因（meme）币时常出现暴涨暴跌的情况，但仍有投资者对其乐此不疲。事实上，于2013年诞生的meme币“始祖”——狗狗币最初只是因为一个玩笑，而其创始人很早就清空了所有持仓的狗狗币，并坚定的表示绝不后悔，因为他创立狗狗币纯粹是为了让友人开心，除此之外没有任何市场价值。

In fact, the meme coin, born in 2013 – the first of its kind – was simply a joke, and its founders emptied all the barns long ago and firmly expressed no regret, as it was created to make friends happy and had no market value at all.

但已有一大批meme币接踵而来。根据CoinMarketCap的数据，截至2022年2月，有超过5000个meme代币，随着越来越多的人创建自己的版本，这个数字可能会更高。

But there is already a large amount of meme coins. According to CoinMarketCap, as of February 2022, there were more than 5,000 memes, which could be higher as more and more people create their own versions.

于佳宁介绍，meme币是以meme文化为基础的数字资产，在互联网社群的环境下，像emoji、表情包、颜文字这些meme文化变得非常强大，具有极强的自我扩散能力。因此，meme币的炒作性质极强。

Yu Gianning described meme coins as digital assets based on meme culture, and in the context of the Internet community, meme cultures such as emoji, emoticons, capricious scripts have become very strong and very self-difficult.

记者了解到，价格的极度波动是meme币的一大特点。狗狗币在一年内下跌了50%，柴犬下跌了80%，而许多规模较小的meme币甚至已经归零。此前，Netflix出品的《鱿鱼游戏》大火之时，与其同名的鱿鱼游戏(SQUID)模因币价格在一周内飙升86000%以上。然而，随着开发团队连夜跑路，其价格也狂跌99%。

Journalists have learned that the price volatility is one of the characteristics of the meme coins. Dog coins fell by 50% in a year, firewood dogs by 80%, and many smaller meme coins were even zero.

数字货币研究者杨俊向《华夏时报》记者表示，Meme币因为其供应量大、单价低，且由社区发起、具有社区话题与共识，投入小额即可获得大量代币，通过社区传播与FOMO情绪带动买入而推动价格上涨，以此实现短期内、低投入、高回报。基于上述因素，Meme币就非常容易受到社区KOL的带动与炒作，且屡试不爽。

Digital money researcher Yeung Jun said to the Washington Times reporter that, because of their large supply, low unit prices, and community-sponsored, community-based discourse and consensus, a small investment would generate a large amount of money in exchange for short-term, low-input, high-return prices through community-based communication and FOMO-led buy-in. Another feature of meme coins is their low valuation. Unlike other mainstream encrypted currencies, most meme coins have no quantitative limits and scarcity is difficult to control their prices. Over time, inflation reduces the value of meme coins.

杨俊表示，meme基本上都是没有生态与应用的，只是源于社区共识文化兴起，这是meme币自身最大的风险。投资meme币本质上更像是投机、“搏一搏，单车变摩托”，其所呈现的金融风险巨大，甚至由于社区管理问题或开发团队问题导致崩盘。

According to Yeung Jun, the meme is basically not ecological and applied, but simply a result of the emergence of a culture of community consensus, which is the biggest risk for meme coins themselves. Investment in meme money is inherently more like speculation, “one-stop, one-car-to-car” and presents significant financial risks, even as a result of community management or development team problems.

于佳宁也表示：“低价数字资产的欺骗性就来自于低价本身，当下创建发行一个简易数字资产的成本不到几十美金，其价格可以设定为小数点后的无数个0，流通量可以极小。从0.0000001涨至0.000001 似乎没有区别，账面资产实际上却已上涨了10倍。在FOMO情绪的助推下，小数点后的0可以一个个消失。但我们都很清楚，账面资产仅仅是一个表象。”

Yu Gyanning also said: “The deception of low-value digital assets comes from the low price itself, where the cost of creating a simple digital asset is less than a few dozen dollars, the price of which can be set at numerous zeros after a decimal point, and the amount of circulation can be very small. There seems to be no difference between an increase from 0.000001 to 0.000001, and the book asset has actually increased tenfold. With the emotional boost of FOMO, zero can disappear one by one. But we all know that the book asset is only an image.”

针对投资meme币存在的风险，于佳宁认为，较之传统金融市场，数字资产市场体量相对较小，尤其是meme币这种本身币价就非常便宜的资产。大量资金的加入势必会造成币价的大幅上涨，进而再一步影响到市场的投资情绪，导致价格在尽量急速飙涨。但是很显然，这种非理性的投机情绪是极度不健康的，目前狗狗币这类资产的风险已经非常高。

In response to the risk of investing in meme coins, Janin argues that the market for digital assets is relatively small compared to traditional financial markets, especially when it is a cheap asset in its own currency. Adding large amounts of money will lead to a sharp increase in currency prices, which in turn will affect the investment sentiment of the market as quickly as possible.

就目前的监管而言，我国对于虚拟货币的态度从2013年至今并未发生变化，中国人民银行及银保监会等部门陆续发布了《关于防范比特币风险的通知》、《关于防范代币发行融资风险的公告》、《关于进一步防范和处置虚拟货币交易炒作风险的通知》等一系列文件，并不断强化风险提示、持续加强清理整顿。

As far as current regulation is concerned, our attitude towards virtual currency has not changed since 2013 and various departments, such as the People's Bank of China and the Superintendence of Silverguards, have issued successively a series of documents, such as the Notice on Protection against Bitcoin Risks, the Notice on Protection against the Risk of Money Issue Financing, and the Notice on Further Prevention and Disposal of the Risks of Virtual Currency Transactions, and have continued to strengthen risk alerts and clean-up.

“一方面强调虚拟货币不具有与法定货币等同的法律地位，不具有法偿性，不应且不能作为货币在市场上流通使用；另一方面，虚拟货币相关业务活动属于非法金融活动，开展法定货币与虚拟货币兑换业务、代币发行融资以及虚拟货币衍生品交易等虚拟货币相关业务活动涉嫌非法发售代币票券、擅自公开发行证券、非法经营期货业务、非法集资等非法金融活动。参与虚拟货币投资交易活动存在法律风险。”于佳宁表示。

“On the one hand, it is emphasized that virtual currencies do not have the same legal status as legal currencies, are not legal and should not and cannot be used as currencies on the market; on the other hand, virtual currency-related operations are illegal financial activities, and transactions related to virtual currency, such as legal currency and virtual currency exchange operations, currency issuance financing and virtual money derivatives transactions, are suspected of illegal sales of currency coupons, unauthorized public issuance of securities, illegal trading in futures, and illegal fund-raising. There is a legal risk of participating in virtual currency investment transactions.”

于佳宁强调，我国对于发币的态度始终极为严格，一旦涉及发币或开展兑换业务，都属于非法金融活动，相关人员将依法受到严惩。

Yu Gianning stressed that our approach to the issuance of currency had always been extremely strict and that, in cases involving the issuance of currency or the conduct of exchange operations, they were illegal financial activities, and that the persons concerned would be subject to severe penalties in accordance with the law.
