比特币交易来了！多家券商重磅出手

　　目前，一些香港券商正在布局提供比特币等虚拟资产的交易服务。券商中国记者获悉，香港的胜利证券、老虎证券、盈透证券等券商均已推出相应服务，投资者在券商APP上即可实现比特币等虚拟资产的交易。

Currently, a number of Hong Kong voucher dealers are setting up trading services for virtual assets such as bitcoin. 　　有的券商表示，与虚拟资产相关的收入可能会占到公司收入的四分之一左右。

　　6月12日，香港胜利证券还宣布，其APP可以提供虚拟货币的存入及提取功能，进一步扩大了券商在虚拟货币市场的服务范围和用户体验。

　　多家香港券商提供比特币交易服务

　　2024年6月12日，香港证监会举行简报会，向6月1日后申请虚拟资产交易平台资格者说明其监管要求。据悉，6月1日，香港虚拟资产交易平台发牌制度过渡期正式结束，在此之后，所有在香港营运的虚拟资产交易平台均须取得香港证监会的牌照。

On 12 June 2024, the Hong Kong CVM held a briefing to explain its regulatory requirements to those who apply for the Virtual Asset Trading Platform post-June 1. 　　目前，香港只有2家虚拟资产交易平台获得了牌照。这两家平台分别为：OSL数字证券有限公司以及Hash Blockchain Limited 。此外，香港还有11家虚拟资产交易平台申请者，正在排队申请资格中。

At present, only two virtual asset trading platforms are licensed in Hong Kong: OSL Digital Securities Ltd. and Hash Blockchain Limited. In addition, there are 11 virtual asset trading platform applicants in Hong Kong who are in the process of queuing for eligibility.

　　记者注意到，虚拟资产在香港受到认可，部分香港券商也获准可以直接向零售投资者提供虚拟资产交易及咨询服务，比如比特币、以太坊等。

　　今年5月6日，老虎证券（香港）宣布正式推出虚拟资产交易服务，支持比特币、以太坊等18个币种，成为香港首批通过单一平台同时支持证券和虚拟资产交易的网上券商。

On 6 May this year, Tiger Securities (Hong Kong) announced the official launch of the Virtual Asset Trading Service to support 18 currencies, such as Bitcoin and Etheria, as the first online voucher dealers in Hong Kong to support both securities and virtual asset transactions through a single platform.

　　据悉，老虎证券的虚拟资产交易服务目前仅对专业投资者开放，符合条件的用户可以通过老虎证券旗舰平台“Tiger Trade”，一站式交易比特币、以太坊等18种虚拟资产，以及股票、期权、期货、美国国债、基金等全球资产，无需在不同券商和平台开设和管理多个账户。

　　记者在某香港券商官网上注意到，投资者要在券商APP上交易比特币等虚拟资产，需要开立一个虚拟资产的账户。开立虚拟资产有一定的步骤，完成个人证券账户或公司证券账户开户；证券账户完成开户后，以电子或纸本表格填写及签署以下4份文件：虚拟资产交易之附加协议、虚拟资产附加风险披露声明书、风险承受能力问卷、虚拟资产知识及经验问卷。

　　据悉，券商对虚拟资产的交易设置了较低的入场门槛，交易门槛为100美元起，投资者可轻松入门进行虚拟资产的交易。投资者可通过券商的APP直接投资虚拟资产现货交易（VA Spot Trading）、虚拟资产有关的虚拟资产期货交易所买卖基金（“VA Futures ETF”）及私募基金（“VA funds”）。
