大赛背景

为积极响应国家政策，可信区块链推进计划与香港Web 3.0协会共同组织开展“2023 Web 3.0创新大赛”活动，并于内地、香港分别设立赛区。大赛在Web 3.0的关键发展阶段适时提出，旨在向社会各界推广Web 3.0先进技术和愿景，广泛吸引全球Web 3.0技术研究的爱好者、企事业单位研究人员、高校与研究机构在校学生、老师等组队参与比赛，系统性、多角度地分析和研究Web 3.0的影响以及对关键问题的解决方案，以期推动区块链和互联网、人工智能、大数据等新一代信息技术融合发展，深化内地与香港科技创新联动机制，培养Web 3.0顶尖技术人才和创新企业，推广Web 3.0产业发展成果，助力我国Web 3.0产业生态建设。

In order to respond positively to national policy, the Credible Block Chain Advancement Programme, in conjunction with the Hong Kong Web 3.0 Association, organized the “2023 Web 3.0 Innovation Competition” and set up separate districts in the Mainland and Hong Kong. At the key stage of its development in Web 3.0, the competition was presented in due course with the aim of promoting the Web 3.0 Advanced Technology and Vision to all sectors of society, attracting a wide range of interested people from the global Web 3.0 technical research, researchers from business and research institutions, students from high schools and research institutions, teachers, etc., to systematically, multi-dimensionally analyse and study the impact of Web 3.0 and solutions to key issues, with a view to promoting the integration of regional chains and new generations of information technology, such as the Internet, artificial intelligence, big data, to deepen the networking mechanism of technology and innovation between the Mainland and Hong Kong, to develop the best technological talent and innovation enterprises in the world, to promote the development of the Web 3.0 industry and to contribute to the ecological development of the Web 3.0 industry in our country.

整体赛程

参赛选手需于官方竞赛平台DataFountain报名、组队、提交作品。整体赛程安排如下：

The contestants are required to register, team and submit their works at the official competition platform DataFountain.

• 2023年9月8日-2023年11月9日，初赛阶段

9月8日，发布大赛赛题，选手可登录大赛官网报名；

On 8 September, the contest was launched and the contestants were allowed to register for the contest;

11月2日（12:00），截止报名和组队；

2 November (12 noon), closure of the registration and formation of teams;

11月2日（24:00），截止初赛作品提交；

2 November (24:00), by the time of submission of the originals;

11月2日-11月9日，初赛作品评审。

• 2023年11月10日-2023年11月30日，决赛阶段

11月10日，公布决赛入围名单；

On 10 November, a shortlist of finalists was published;

11月10日-11月30日，决赛团队资料提交，举办决赛答辩评审会和颁奖典礼。决赛入围团队必须参加线下决赛及颁奖典礼，如不参加，视作团队默认弃赛。

★ 参赛对象：不限年龄、国籍，相关领域的个人、高校、科研机构、企业单位、初创团队等均可报名参赛。

★ 报名要求：

• Registration requirements:

? 选手可选择任意赛道或全部赛道参与初赛，但仅能在一个赛区和一个赛道中进入决赛。

♪ Players can choose any or all of the lanes to participate in the first race, but they can only enter the finals in one area and one track.

? 每位参赛人在每道赛题下，可以个人身份或仅以一支参赛团队队员身份参赛，每支参赛团队人数不超过5人。

• Each contestant may take part in the competition in his or her personal capacity or as a mere team member, with no more than five participants per team.

? 报名时所有成员需提供个人基本信息，并通过实名认证；

• All members are required to provide basic personal information at the time of registration and to certify by physical name;

? 需在组队截止日期前完成组队，一旦组队不得退队或者换人；

• Team formation needs to be completed by the deadline for team formation and cannot be withdrawn or replaced once the team has been formed;

? 参赛账号仅限参赛者本人使用，不得将其以任何形式向第三方转让、出租、出借、出售、披露、泄露等。

The entries are restricted to the participants themselves and may not be transferred, leased, loaned, sold, disclosed or disclosed in any form to a third party.

? 参赛者有义务保证账号信息的真实性和有效性，因信息无效或错误造成的后果由参赛者自行承担。

• Participants have an obligation to ensure the authenticity and validity of account information, the consequences of which are borne by the participants themselves because the information is invalid or incorrect.

? 参赛者对参赛账号的使用自行承担责任，遭遇安全问题（如账号遗失、被盗、被未授权使用等）时应立即通知组委会。
