郑州大学区块链应用研究推进会在商学院召开

11月7日上午受刘炯天校长委派，郑州大学区块链应用研究推进会在商学院召开。

会议首先回顾了郑州大学区块链应用研究前期进展情况：2019年2月1日，中国社会科学院学部委员、商学院院长金碚向刘校长提议启动区块链在我校教学管理中的应用，得到了刘校长的高度认可。随后，金院长部署商学院抓住机遇，着手启动该项工作，并与屈凌波副校长就相关工作做进一步沟通。3月14日，张倩红副校长主持召集教务处、学生处、招生办、就业办、财务处、规划处、科研处、社科处、发规处等主要领导听取金院长相关思路和设想，讨论区块链在学校管理中的应用方案。3月15日，商学院向学校提交区块链应用研究专项报告，并着手建立“郑州大学区块链应用研究中心”。

The meeting began with a review of the progress made in the field of the application of the block chain at Chengzhou University: on 1 February 2019, Kim Yi, a member of the Faculty of Science and the Dean of the Business School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, proposed to Principal Liu to activate the application of the block chain in the teaching management of my school, which was highly endorsed by Principal Liu. Subsequently, Director Kim deployed the Business School to seize the opportunity to start the work and to communicate further with Vice-Chancellor Chulembo on the relevant work. On 14 March, Vice-Rector Zhang Hsing chaired the convening of the Teaching Service, the Student Service, the Admission Office, the Employment Service, the Financial Services Department, the Planning Service, the Scientific Research Department, the Social Affairs Branch, and the Regulatory Department, among others, to discuss the application of the block chain in school management.

会议上，金碚院长重点介绍了以郑州大学双一流建设为背景，打造区块链应用研究项目的重要意义。从商学院的专业设置、人才储备、项目构想等多方面，阐述商学院研究区块链的优势所在。同时鼓励老师们在区块链应用研究项目中，另辟蹊径，抢占学术至高点，为建设一流商学院贡献力量。

At the meeting, the Director highlighted the importance of research projects for building block chains in the context of the construction of the first-class University of Chengzhou.

教务处处长王忠勇着重结合学校教务工作中学籍管理等重点难点问题，提出了如何应用区块链技术加强过程管理，提升人才培养的工作设想。同时与大家交流讨论了区块链在教务管理工作的具体应用问题和设计方案。

The Director of the Department of Education, Wang Chung-Yung, focused on key issues such as secondary school management in the context of school teaching work, and presented work ideas on how to apply block-chain techniques to strengthen process management and enhance talent development.

众享比特公司从技术角度向大家阐述了区块链发展、应用场景、解决案例等相关情况。与会人员展开了积极交流和热烈讨论，大家纷纷表示抓紧时间组织力量，着手启动该项工作，以问题为导向，依托技术解决问题，强化过程管理，进而优化人才培养定位，创新人才培养内容，为积极推进学校一流建设发展新局面竭尽全力。

From a technical point of view, the Hempett Corporation provided information on the development of the block chain, the application scene, and the resolution of cases. There was an active exchange and a lively discussion.
