近日,作为庆祝武汉科技大学计算机科学与技术学院建院20周年系列学术活动之一的《WEB3.0 时代医学科研合作与数据共享机制》研讨会圆满召开。该研讨会由中国计算机学会(CCF)武汉会员中心、CCF YOCSEF 武汉和CCF YOCSEF深圳联合主办,武汉科技大学大数据科学与工程研究院与医渡科技旗下医渡云联合承办,众多医学领域和技术领域大咖云集,共同探讨多方安全计算、联邦学习、知识图谱等技术赋能下的医学科研合作机遇与挑战。
Recently, as part of a series of academic events to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the establishment of the Faculty of Computer Science and Technology of Wuhan University of Technology, the WEB 3.0 Workshop on Mechanisms for Cooperation and Data Sharing in Medical Research for the Ages was successfully held. The seminar was co-sponsored by the Wuhan Membership Centre of the Chinese Computer Society (CCF), the CCF YocSEF Wuhan and the CCF Yocsef Shenzhen. The Wuhan University Institute of Data Science and Engineering, in conjunction with the Medical Clouds under the flag of Medical Flying Science and Technology, was co-sponsored by the Wuhan University of Science and Engineering, and a large collection of medical and technological fields, exploring opportunities and challenges for cooperation in medical research under the technical capabilities of multiple safe computing, federal learning, knowledge mapping, etc.
本次会议由武汉科技大学计算机科学与技术学院教授、博导顾进广,医渡科技首席技术官、首席人工智能科学家闫峻和哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)特聘研究员、博导汤步洲担任主持,武汉科技大学校长倪红卫、华中科技大学教授田波和武汉大学教授、CCF武汉副主席吴黎兵出席并致开幕词。

数据要素已经成为重要的生产要素,大数据技术和人工智能的应用能够推动医院高质量发展。江苏省人民医院刘云院长分享了基于临床大数据开展研究的经验,她认为,数据质量是临床大数据研究的重要基础,技术发展是临床大数据研究的重要支撑,数据安全是临床大数据研究的重要关键,分布式网络是临床大数据研究的主要路径。多年来,该院早已将大数据技术和人工智能应用于临床中,包括知识图谱构建与人工智能辅助决策系统、慢病管理、医学图像分析等取得了突破性进展。
Data elements have become an important production factor, and applications of big data technology and artificial intelligence have contributed to the high-quality development of hospitals. President Liu Yun of the People’s Hospital in Jiangsu Province shared her experience in research based on clinical big data, arguing that data quality is an important basis for clinical big data research, that technological development is an important underpinning of clinical big data research, that data security is an important key to clinical big data research, and that distributed networks are the main path to clinical big data research. Over the years, the Institute has made ground-breaking progress in the application of large data technologies and artificial intelligence in clinical settings, including knowledge mapping and artificial intelligence-assisted decision-making systems, slow disease management, medical image analysis, etc.
OMAHA主席、树兰医疗集团总裁郑杰的分享聚焦在新生态下的健康信息标准化建设行业趋势,他认为信息标准的价值要体现在应用中,“被使用才会有价值”,而且需要得到行业共识,需要全行业的主动参与。应通过开放与共享推进标准化应用,激活数据价值,与此同时,数据安全是数据生态的底线与边界,个人隐私需要被妥善的保护。
The OMAHA president, Jung-jae, President of Mulan Medical Group, focused on the trend in the industry to standardize health information under the new ecology, arguing that the value of information standards needs to be reflected in application, “to be used is to be of value” and that there is a need for industry-wide consensus and industry-wide initiative. Data values should be activated by promoting standardized applications through openness and sharing, while data security is the bottom line and boundary of the data ecology, and personal privacy needs to be properly protected.
阿姆斯特丹自由大学人工智能系终身教授黄智生分享了“微宙行动”科研合作进展。黄智生教授表示,微宙行动的重要意义在于,其试图打开一种新的医学途径,即采用大数据科学与人工智能技术手段综合集成人体的巨型复杂系统的各类相关知识,对医疗手段进行模拟和多层因果分析,精细化、准确化、全面化地把握人体巨系统所带来的影响,从而为医疗手段提供更为全面的科学依据。
The life-long professor at the Department of Artificial Intelligence of the Free University of Amsterdam, Huang Ji-chung, shared the progress of “Operation MicroSoulth” research cooperation. Professor Huang Ji-sheng said that the importance of Operation MicroSoul was that it sought to open up a new medical avenue, namely, knowledge of the huge and complex systems of adults using large data science and artificial intelligence techniques, simulation of medical methods and multilayered causal analysis, refining, precision, and comprehensive management of the effects of human megasystems, thus providing a more comprehensive scientific basis for medical interventions.

Web3.0有一个很重要的方向,就是弥补线上和线下之间的gap,尤其在真实世界的研究等诸多场景里发挥重要作用,但是这也会带来一些比如法律伦理等方面的影响,比如:主体责任及人格利益相关问题;对虚拟财产的监管过程中的“度”和财产权如何认定的问题,以及数据安全和隐私保护的问题。Web3.0时代到来,相关法律法规和整个伦理等方面还相对滞后,但是有一点是可以确定的,即无论是线上还是线下都没有法外之地。
Web3.0 has a very important direction: to make up for the gap between the line and the line, especially in real world studies, but it also has some legal and ethical implications, such as the question of subject responsibility and personal interests; the question of “degree” in the regulation of virtual property and how property rights are to be determined; and the issue of data security and privacy protection. Data security is conditional on good network security and basic security. 临床实践指南的制定是我自己的一个研究方向,也就是说循证医学我们强调医生给患者的诊疗一定要基于科学研究证据,不能够仅仅依据专家的个人经验,为什么?因为专家的经验一定是有偏移的,存在个人的局限性,所以我们要收集最好的临床研究证据。
The development of clinical practice guidelines is one of my own research directions, that is to say, evidence-based medicine, which emphasizes that doctors must base patient consultations on scientific evidence and cannot rely solely on the personal experience of experts. Why? Because the experience of specialists must be biased and with personal limitations, we have to gather the best clinical evidence.
传统的临床研究,也就是说我们循证医学做指南所依据的临床研究,比如实验性研究、随机对照试验、非随机对照实验、观察性研究、队列研究、病例对照研究,这都是我们非常依赖的研究。
Traditional clinical research, that is, clinical research on which we are guided by evidence-based medicine, such as experimental research, random control experiments, non-random control experiments, observational research, queuing research, case control research, is all very much on which we rely.
在做临床研究中,如果没有数据合规共享,解决发病率相对少的疾病,只靠我们一个医院的数据,还是不能够说明问题。若想拿较少的数据来完善临床研究的知识图谱,依然还是有很多道路要走。我认为,现在医学研究对于大数据的依赖已经越来越强了,就是从大数据中获得结论一定是未来的方向。
In clinical research, there is still a lot of way to go if there is no data-comply sharing to address relatively low-prevalence diseases, depending on data from one of our hospitals. There is still a lot of way to go if we want to improve the knowledge profile of clinical research with fewer data. I think that now medical research is becoming more dependent on big data, that is, to draw conclusions from big data must be the way forward.
