币安热钱包七千比特币被盗 价值超四千万美元

　　全球第二大区块链代币交易所币安（Binance），首次公开承认比特币被盗。

　　5月8日，币安官网发布消息称发现大规模安全漏洞，币安热钱包7000枚比特币被盗，占其比特币总持有量的2%。

On 8 May, the Network released a report that a massive security breach had been discovered and that 7,000 bitcoins of coins had been stolen, accounting for 2 per cent of its total Bitcoin holdings.

　　目前比特币单价为5860美元，按此计算，失窃的7000枚比特币价值高达4100万美元。而据加密货币新闻媒体The Block报道，币安2018年第四季度利润约为4700万美元，2019年第一季度利润为7800万美元。

At the current unit price of US$ 5860, 7,000 bitcoins worth US$ 41 million were stolen. According to the encrypted currency news media The Block, profits in the fourth quarter of 2018 were approximately US$ 47 million, compared to US$ 78 million in the first quarter of 2019.

　　也就是说，本次币安损失金额相当于一季度利润的52%。

This means that the amount of this currency loss is equivalent to 52 per cent of a quarter's profits.

　　零壹财经分析师蒋照生向新京报记者分析称，交易所频频被黑客攻击，除了黑客有利可图外，还存在交易所对于安全防务重视度不够以及加密货币产业游离在监管之外，法律风险低等原因。

In addition to the profit-making interests of hackers, there are reasons for the low priority placed by the exchange on security defence and the low legal risks associated with the isolation of the crypto-currency industry.

　　币安承诺赔付 创始人称“没有破产”

　　对于此次比特币被盗，币安承诺赔付。

　　币安表示，将使用SAFU基金全额承担本次全部损失。“没有任何用户有任何损失”。此外，币安预计用一周时间进行彻底地安全审查，这段时间内将暂停存取业务。

　　目前，业界普遍认为本次事件对币安影响有限，DGroup创始人赵东、波场创始人孙宇晨、FCoin张健等区块链从业者则通过公开渠道称将会对币安继续支持。

　　零壹财经分析师蒋照生对记者表示，本次公开承认比特币被盗是一场“危机公关”。

　　“此次被盗走的比特币占其总持有量的2%，对于币安来说是可以处理的。与其被别人爆出来，不如自己主动公开承认并为之负责，承担用户损失，更能够树立比较好的形象。”他说。

　　不过，受此事件影响，币安平台币BNB半小时下跌近5%，截至5月8日19点，报20.4美元，当天跌幅达8.18%。

However, as a result of the incident, the BNB fell by almost 5 per cent for half an hour, to $20.4 as at 19 a.m. on 8 May, a fall of 8.18 per cent on the same day.

　　失窃背后：比特币冲击6000美元，黑客有做空之嫌

　　北京链安科技分析称，此次比特币被盗很有可能是因为币安内网遭到黑客长期的APT渗透，是黑客长期谋划潜伏的结果。

The Beijing Serial Security Technology Analysis states that the theft of Bitcoin was most likely the result of a long-term hacking of APT into the currency net, which was the result of a long-term conspiracy by hackers.

　　对此，蒋照生告诉记者，目前比特币的价格为5800美元左右，处在冲击6000美元的关键时间点，比较敏感。而黑客攻击之后可能会造成市场恐慌，担忧黑客攻击的目的是通过做空获取利益。

In response, Chiang informed reporters that the current price of Bitcoin is around US$ 5,800, and that it is more sensitive at a critical point in time to hit US$ 6,000. The hacker attack could have caused market panic, fearing that the hacker attack was aimed at profiting by doing nothing.

　　大约4个月后，币安上现Syscoin高额订单，引起该币种价格暴涨，币安再次被传遭遇黑客攻击，超7000枚比特币被转走。何一对此进行了否认，并评论道，不少平台都遇到类似的问题，好处是至少币安有自动风控。

　　交易所为何频频遭黑客攻击？

　　实际上，交易所被黑客攻击并非新鲜事。Mt. Gox、Coinmama、DragonEx、Coinrail、Zaif等众多交易所都曾被黑客攻击。

Indeed, hacking of exchanges is not new. Many exchanges, such as Mt. Gox, Coinmama, DragonEx, Coinrail, Zaif, have been hacked.

　　DGroup创始人赵东在微博上表示，在专业黑客眼里，只有时间问题，没有攻不破的交易所。

On Twitter, the founder of the DG Group, Zhao Dong, stated that, in the eyes of professional hackers, there was only a matter of time and there was no unbreakable exchange.

　　蒋照生认为，交易所之所以频频被黑客攻击，除了因为这里聚集了大量来自机构和散户的财富，黑客有利可图外，还有两个原因。

According to Chiang Xiaosheng, there are two reasons why the exchange is frequently attacked by hackers, in addition to the fact that there is a large pool of wealth from institutions and the diaspora, which is profitable for hackers.

　　首先，交易所目前对于安全防务的重视度还不够。主要是因为安全防务系统的维护成本非常高，除了头部交易所之外，中小交易所安全防务等级较低。

First, the exchange’s current focus on security defence is not sufficient. This is largely due to the very high maintenance costs of the security defence system, with the exception of head exchanges, where small and medium-sized exchanges have a low level of security defence.

　　其次，更重要的是，目前加密产业尤其是加密货币产业游离在监管之外，黑客攻击之后即便造成损失，对于黑客而言，法律风险非常低。此外，也正是因为加密产业在监管之外，黑客在攻击成功后，无论是套现还是转移，资产都很难被监控，因此他们更愿意去获得加密资产。

Second, and more importantly, the encryption industry, especially the encryption money industry, is now out of control, and the legal risk is very low for hackers, even if it causes losses after a hacking attack. Moreover, precisely because the encryption industry is out of regulation, it is difficult for hackers to monitor assets, whether deployed or transferred, after a successful attack, and they are therefore more willing to acquire encryption assets.

　　对此，加密投资银行Galaxy Digital创始人Michael Novogratz公开表示：“当世界上最大交易所发生盗窃事件，（哪怕）2％也会带来很大的影响，这是难以避免的结果，也肯定会带来监管机构更多的审查。”

In response, Michael Novogratz, founder of the encrypted investment bank Galaxy Digital, stated publicly: “When theft occurs on the world's largest exchange, even 2 per cent will have a great impact, which is inevitable and will certainly lead to more scrutiny by regulators.”
