Tragically, for Bitcoin, the core developers never gave the opportunity to increase the size of the blocks, but instead took a more determined approach in cases where opposition was allowed. One of the most obvious lies is that most users need to run their full nodes. This is wrong in theory and practice. They claim that larger blocks make it more difficult to run the authentication nodes, but they are not a condition for keeping bitcoins safe or for centralizing bitcoins.

Once a miner wraps a bitcoin deal in a block, the transaction is confirmed. The matter that is not included in one block is not confirmed, but it will soon be packed in the next. When you use Bitcoin, you usually divide part of the unused output into two parts, one to pay for it and the other to find zeros. When Bitcoin is received, it is combined if there is more than one output.

I use the word guardianship, not the chain of title, because SegWit really only shows custody.
