比特币跌破4800美元创新低 虚拟货币价格处下跌通道

　　沉寂许久的虚拟货币市场最近又开始“波涛汹涌”，比特币等虚拟货币迎来“断崖式”下跌。

The long-silent virtual currency market has recently re-emerged and virtual currencies such as Bitcoin have fallen off a cliff.

　　根据交易平台Bitstamp数据显示，11月13日至15日，比特币报价从6261美元滑向了5596美元，创近13个月以来新低。

According to trading platform Bitstamp data, from 13 to 15 November, the Bitcoin offer slipped from $6261 to $5596, a new low for almost 13 months.

　　本周以来，比特币继续一路下跌。从11月19日8时至11月20日8时，比特币24小时内跌幅近15%。尤其是11月20日凌晨时段，短短数小时内连续跌破5000、4900、4800、4700美元4个整数关口，截至11月20日午时，仍低位徘徊于4759美元附近。而一年前，比特币价格还稳居在10000美元上方。

Bitcoin has continued to fall all the way since this week. Between 8 November and 8 a.m. on 20 November, Bitcoin fell by almost 15% in 24 hours. In particular, in the early hours of 20 November, four whole levels of $5,000, 4900, 4800, and 4700 continued to fall within a few hours.

　　受比特币价格下跌影响，其他虚拟货币也是“跌跌不休”。据CoinMarketCap平台统计，从11月19日至11月20日，前十大虚拟货币大多呈跌势，其中以太币最高跌15%，瑞波币跌5%。虚拟货币市值在过去一周抹去至少400亿美元。

Other virtual currencies have also been “downs and downs” because of the fall in bitcoin prices. According to CoinMarketCap, most of the top 10 virtual currencies fell between 19 November and 20 November, with a peak of 15% in the Tai currency and a 5% fall in the Ribo currency. The market value of virtual currencies has been wiped out by at least $40 billion in the past week.

　　BCH是比特币的分叉币之一，旨在解决因比特币区块容量较小而导致交易效率较低的问题。2017年8月份，在一些技术人员、大型矿主和比特币持有者的支持下，BCH作为比特币的分叉币应运而生。

The BCH is one of the bitcoins, designed to solve the problem of less efficient transactions due to the small size of the bitcoin block. In August 2017, BCH was born as a bitcoin fork with the support of a number of technicians, large miners and Bitcoin holders.

　　今年11月15日，BCH又进行了第二次“硬分叉”。尽管目前以哪一种算法分叉还没确定，但每分叉一次，就会导致稀缺性越差。因此，第二次“硬分叉”再次引发担忧，认为现有比特币价值将会被摊薄。一些比特币持有者避险心理上升、抛售行为加剧，使得本来就已呈萎缩情况的虚拟货币市场再遭打击。

On November 15 this year, the second BCH “hard fork” was carried out. Although the number of algorithms is not yet certain, each single fork would lead to a decline in scarcity.

　　在比特币“硬分叉”出现分歧的同时，虚拟货币监管方面传来的消息也不容乐观。

At the same time that there was disagreement over the “hard fork” of Bitcoin, the news of virtual currency regulation was not encouraging.

　　11月16日，美国证监会宣布了首例针对代币发行融资（ICO）的民事处罚决定，Airfox和Parago Coin两家公司发行的ICO没有被注册为证券，各需缴纳25万美元罚金来补偿投资者，这引发投资者对监管从严的忧虑。

On 16 November, the United States CSRC announced its first civil sanction decision against the ICO, which had not been registered as securities and each of the companies Airfox and Parago Coin had to pay $250,000 in fines to compensate investors, raising concerns about tight regulation on the part of investors.

　　在国内，对虚拟货币的监管一直没有放松。早在去年9月份，中国人民银行等部门就联合宣布关停虚拟货币交易平台。国家互联网金融风险专项整治小组组长、中国人民银行副行长潘功胜今年更是表示，虚拟货币交易场所和ICO行为，属于非法金融活动，必须“露头就打”。

As early as last September, the People’s Bank of China, among others, jointly announced the closure of the virtual currency trading platform. The head of the National Internet Financial Risks Task Force and Vice-President of the People’s Bank of China, Pan Kwok-sung, said this year that virtual currency trading places and ICO acts were illegal financial activities and had to be “showed their heads”.

　　专家表示，目前来看，比特币等虚拟货币价格还处于下跌通道当中，基本面并没有出现明显转折，由于其交易在大多数国家尚未纳入法律监管范围，尚存在欺诈、非法经营等风险，盲目入场容易遭遇损失，投资还需谨慎。(经济日报记者 李华林)

According to experts, virtual currency prices, such as Bitcoin, are currently on a downward path, and the fundamentals have not changed significantly, as their transactions are not yet regulated by law in most countries, there is a risk of fraud, illegal operations, loss of access blindly, and investment needs to be prudent.
