浅谈经济风向标·陈红旭Web3.0 中国峰会专访

7月15日-17日，第四届Web3.0 中国峰会在成都市高新区世纪城新国际会展中心隆重举行，现场参会人员超过 5 万人，是国内举行的高规模、高规格、高权威的分布式存储行业巅峰盛会。国内著名天使投资人陈红旭作为特邀嘉宾出席大会，与各参会精英，围绕 “东数西算”、“经济风向”等话题深入探讨发展新机遇，以下是陈老师的本届峰会专题采访：

嘉宾陈红旭:感谢Web3.0中国峰会的邀请。目前我个人最看好的是区块链技术的应用以及周边发展。区块链技术说的通俗一点就是所有人一起去维护一个数据库，抛弃了一直使用的中心化。区块链在西方的应用和产业发展重点主要是基于公有链的金融创新；而中国区块链应用和产业的爆发点将发生在服务产业经济上。

Guest Chen Hung Xu: Thank you for the invitation to the Web 3.0 China Summit. My personal favorite is the application of block chain technology and the development of the surroundings.

国家发型的数字货币是区块链技术在金融领域的应用之一。在供应链金融、支付清算、贸易金融、金融交易等领域，“区块链+”都拥有无限丰富的应用场景和想象空间。这不仅是一个想象空间，我认为这更是下一步经济发现的高速发动机。

National hairline digital money is one of the applications of block-chain technology in finance. In the areas of supply chain finance, settlement of payments, trade finance, and financial transactions, “block-chain plus” has an infinite amount of application and imagination.

Web记者:那您能具体说一下目前区块链技术的应用有哪些吗？

嘉宾陈红旭:好的，不知道主持人喜不喜欢足球？刚刚结束的欧洲杯就是由我国的蚂蚁链赞助的！并且发行了全球第一款区块链奖杯！蚂蚁链所应用的场景不仅仅限于金融领域，已广泛应用于各行各业，比如政务服务、司法存证、版权保护、公益慈善、物流仓单、商品溯源等等。

The ants chain is not limited to the financial sphere but has been widely used in a wide range of industries, such as government services, judicial records, copyright protection, charity for public good, logistics warehouse receipts, commodity traceability, etc.

今年4月，蚂蚁链又推出了面向中小企业和个人开发者的“开放联盟链”，它将上链成本从几十万级别降到了数千、甚至数百级，无需搭建，快速上链，以解决网络费用高、开发门槛高的问题。

所以我认为最好的机会之一就是区块链板块。

Web记者:您如此看好区块链相关产业，那么您认为区块链对宏观经济有怎样的影响呢？

嘉宾陈红旭:你这个问题非常好！在我国一定要对宏观经济有深刻的认知才能顺势而为！受疫情冲击的影响，我们投资者一定要密切关注几点：

Guest Chen Hung Xu: This is a very good question for you. We must have a deep understanding of the macroeconomy in order to be able to cope with the impact of the epidemic in our country. We investors must pay close attention to a few points:

1、结构优化进程尚未恢复正常，同时服务业恢复缓慢因此拖累就业市场的复苏。

1. The process of structural optimization has not yet returned to normal, while the slow recovery of the services sector has contributed to the recovery of the job market.

2、商品价格持续上涨增加潜在通胀风险，所以出口高增长的持续性存在更大的不确定性。

The continued rise in commodity prices increases the risk of potential inflation, so that there is greater uncertainty about the sustainability of high export growth.

3、跨境资金流动或对境内金融市场造成冲击，虽然近几年我国在稳步推进区块链应用，但是我国的区块链经济还处于初期阶段，如果想要区块链经济变得成熟，还需要一些时间。

Web记者:难怪您是投资界的风云人物，原来您对经济走势有如此深刻的认知，可以跟大家聊聊您最近的投资动向吗？

嘉宾陈红旭:哈哈，这个问题很尖锐呀，是这样啊，正如我刚才所讲我非常看好我国区块链技术的应用市场，我也是有投资了相关企业，具体信息在这里不太方便多讲，总之是以区块链技术为核心的一家深圳企业，众所周知深圳在创新方面一直是全国的排头兵！

Guest Chen Hung Xu: Ha-ha, this is a very sharp question, and as I said earlier, I look very closely at the market for the application of block chain technology in my country, and I have invested in the relevant business, which is not easy to say here. In short, Shenzhen, a Shenzhen company centred on block chain technology, is known to be the leader of innovation in the country!

目前我国区块链顶层设计正在有序完善，各行业应用标准逐步建立，发展方向从技术引领步入市场渗透；区块链融合应用在金融、供应链、政务等多个领域开始落地，产业规模必将将呈现高速增长。

At present, the top layers of the country's block chain are being designed in an orderly manner, standards are being developed for the application of the various industries, and the direction is being taken from technology to market penetration; the integration of blocks is beginning to take place in a number of areas, such as finance, supply chains and government, and the size of the industry is bound to grow at a high rate.
