　　1.京东（NASDAQ:JD）将启动一项名为“人工智能加速器”（AICA）的项目，开启创业公司在区块链技术领域所拥有的变革潜力。其中作为该领域的重要成员，CanYa被选为该加速器项目中的成员之一。该计划还包括了另外五家区块链技术公司，分别为Bluzelle、Nuggets、Republic Protocol、Devery和Bankorus。通过此次合作，CanYa将获得来自于京东营销、网络资源各领域的全力支持，并且代表京东对该项目进行推广。

The project called “Accelerator of Artificial Intelligence” (AICA) will be launched in Kyoto. As an important member in this field, CanYa will be selected as a member of the project. The project will also include five additional block chain technology companies, namely, Bluzelle, Nuggets, Republic Protocol, Devy, and Bankorus. As a result of this collaboration, CanYa will receive full support from Kyoto marketing, network resources, and will promote the project on behalf of Kyoto.

2. According to Bianews, the People's Network will be on-line on block chain channels. The aim is to produce quality content, clean the market environment, and technologically empower the block chain. Today, the People's Daily also publishes a full edition of the block chain.

　　3.欧盟金融服务专员瓦尔迪斯·东布罗夫斯基斯(Valdis Dombrovskis)周一称，如果来自于加密数字货币行业的风险无法在全球层面上得到处理，那么欧盟就准备单独对其进行监管。今年3月份，20国集团(G20)的财政部长和央行行长将在布宜诺斯艾利斯召开一次会议，预计数字货币监管将成为此次会议的议程之一。

The EU Financial Services Commissioner, Valdis Dombrovskis, said on Monday that the EU was prepared to regulate the crypto-digital money industry separately if the risks arising from it could not be addressed at the global level. In March this year, the finance ministers and central bank governors of the Group of 20 (G20) will convene a meeting in Buenos Aires, and it is expected that digital currency regulation will be one of the agenda items for the meeting.

Noboru Nakatani, Executive Director of the Interpol Global Innovation Centre, called on the international community to strengthen the regulation of digital money. Nakatani said: “It makes no sense if one State regulates and another does not. We have to develop rules that can be agreed to to some extent internationally. Digital monetary regulations in different countries may even pose a potential obstacle to international investigations.”

According to the Journal of Wealth, the acquisition of Poloniex by the Goldman Sachs and 100 per cent investment paying agency, meant not only that the Circle would become one of the largest and most influential companies in the sector of the block chain, but also revealed the company's ambition to become a “financial alligator” associated with a new generation of encrypted currencies.

The Education Department of the Northern Democratic Republic of Korea has ordered its employees to stop trading or holding digital currency, and teachers, school administrators and other staff have been advised to stay away from digital currency transactions. The Education Department of the Province has indicated that any employee who engages in digital currency transactions during working hours will be punished under the National Civil Service Act.

The Australian entrepreneur Craig Wright has recently been charged with stealing $5.1 billion worth of bitcoin from a late IT expert, Dave Kleiman, and has been asked to pay a huge fine of up to $10 billion. The lawsuit claims that White has stolen ownership of between 550 and 1.1 million bitcoins, as well as intellectual property rights over various block-chain technologies. Following the death of Cleman, White forged a series of contracts to transfer his assets to his own company.
