暂停交易 暂停存取款！又一币圈平台爆雷 涉及用户超200万

　　继安银(AEX)、虎符(Hoo)之后，又一家虚拟货币交易平台宣布暂停存取款、交易功能，在币圈掀起风波。

Following AEX and Hoo, another virtual currency trading platform announced a suspension of withdrawals and transactional functions, which triggered a wave in the currency circle.

　　8月11日，加密交易平台Hotbit发布公告，宣布暂停充提及交易功能，具体恢复时间目前无法确定。

On 11 August, the crypto-trading platform Hotbit issued an announcement that it would suspend the reference to transactional functionality and that the exact recovery time was currently uncertain.

　　公告显示，自7月底以来，Hotbit多位高级管理人员已被执法部门传唤，正在协助调查。此外，执法部门冻结了Hotbit的部分资金，导致Hotbit无法正常运行。

The bulletin indicates that since the end of July, several senior managers of Hotbit have been summoned by law enforcement authorities and are assisting in the investigation. In addition, law enforcement authorities have frozen part of Hotbit’s funds, resulting in Hotbit’s inability to function properly.

　　Hotbit表示，公司及公司管理层其余员工均未参与该项目，对项目涉及的违法信息一无所知。所有用户的资产在Hotbit上都是安全的，将在资产解冻后立即恢复正常服务。Hotbit正在努力继续配合并跟进执法部门的调查进展，并将尽快公布调查结果。

Hotbit states that neither the company nor the rest of its management is involved in the project and has no knowledge of the illegal information involved in the project. The assets of all users are secure on Hotbit and will return to normal service as soon as the assets are unfrozen.

　　公告称，Hotbit将在资产解冻后立即恢复正常服务。Hotbit上所有用户的资产和数据都是安全和正确的。

　　根据另一份公告，Hotbit在暂停服务期间将对用户资产进行如下处理：服务恢复前，用户未成交的挂单将被取消为防止持仓造成损失，2022年8月10日北京时间晚上8点前，用户所有杠杆ETF持仓将被清算，用户投资产品收益将正常分配，用户补偿方案将在网站恢复时公布。

According to another announcement, during the suspension, Hotbit would deal with the user's assets as follows: pending the resumption of the service, unsold user's listings would be cancelled to prevent damage from holding the warehouse, all leveraged ETF holdings would be liquidated by 8 p.m. Beijing time on 10 August 2022, the benefits of the user's investment product would be distributed normally, and the user compensation programme would be published at the time of the restoration of the website.

　　公开资料显示，Hotbit Global是区块链数字资产国际站，向全球超过210个国家及地区的用户提供超过450币种的数字货币交易服务，累计注册用户超过200万。Hotbit成立于2018年1月，总部位于香港，深耕俄罗斯、土耳其、东南亚等全球新兴市场。

According to public sources, Hotbit Global is a block chain digital asset international station that provides more than 450-dollar digital currency trading services to users in more than 210 countries and regions around the world, with a cumulative register of more than 2 million subscribers. Hotbit was established in January 2018, with its headquarters in Hong Kong, and is home to emerging global markets such as Russia, Turkey, and South-East Asia.

　　2021年4月，Hotbit曾遭到黑客攻击，部分服务一度停摆。Hotbit在2021年4月30日公告称，平台遭受了严重网络攻击，导致大量基础服务瘫痪。同时，攻击者尝试黑进Hotbit的钱包，但这一行为被风控系统识别和阻止。

On April 30, 2021, Hotbit announced that the platform had suffered a serious cyber attack that had paralysed a large number of basic services. At the same time, the attackers tried to hack into Hotbit’s wallet, but the action was identified and prevented by the wind control system.

　　彼时，Hotbit表示，所有资产都是安全的。Hotbit有200多万用户与200多个服务器，需要完全重建所有服务器；攻击者在获取资产失败后恶意删除了用户数据库，需要对整体数据进行全面检查。同时，Hotbit用户被告知整个调查和恢复的过程大约需要7-14天时间，因为需要大量的时间来分析备份数据，然后才能开始系统恢复过程。

On the other hand, Hotbit said that all assets were secure. Hotbit had more than 2 million users and more than 200 servers, and all servers needed to be completely rebuilt; the attackers had deliberately deleted the user database after the asset had failed, requiring a full check of the overall data.

　　币圈多家知名机构暂停服务

A number of well-known agencies in the currency circle suspended their services.

　　自5月币圈“LUNA”项目爆雷后，虚拟货币市场总市值蒸发近万亿美元，多家金融机构被曝无法兑付用户资产，包括三箭资本在内的多家知名机构纷纷暂停服务，走上破产清算的道路。

　　近日，全球最大的虚拟货币借贷平台Celsius深陷破产危机。Celsius曾在7月披露其破产缺口高达12亿美元，负债为55亿美元，资产仅为43亿美元。并且其中高达47亿美元的负债属于储户。

In recent days, Celsius, the world’s largest virtual money lending platform, has been mired in a bankruptcy crisis. Celsius revealed in July that it had a deficit of $1.2 billion, a liability of $5.5 billion, and an asset of only $4.3 billion.

　　7月25日，币圈交易所虎符(Hoo)在官网发布《关于虎符债币转换方案、合伙人投资及其它业务优化方案》公告。公告称，虎符将于8月1日起停止所有交易服务，撤销所有业务状态，用户资产转移至钱包账户，同时推出债币转换方案与合伙人投资方案，并对金融衍生品合约交易做出优化。

On July 25, the Currency Exchange Tigers (Hoo) issued an announcement on the website on the Tiger Debt Conversion Program, Partner Investment and Other Business Optimization Program. The announcement states that Tigers will cease all trading services, cancel all business status, transfer user assets to wallet accounts as of August 1, and introduce the Debt Currency Conversion Program and Partner Investment Program and optimize financial derivative contract transactions.

　　7月17日，币圈老牌交易平台AEX(安银)交易所发布公告表示，将于7月17日15:32暂停平台相关服务。

On 17 July, the AEX Exchange, an old currency trading platform, announced that it would suspend Platform-related services on 17 July at 15:32.

　　早在今年6月16日，AEX交易平台就曾宣布暂停提现。7月14日，AEX再次表示，因为平台短期流动性问题暂未完全解决，AEX短期内无力兑付提币需要，所以平台已经关闭了提币功能。

The AEX trading platform announced a moratorium on cash withdrawals on 16 June this year. On 14 July, AEX again stated that the platform had been shut down because the short-term liquidity of the platform had not yet been fully resolved and because AEX was unable to pay its bills in the short term.

　　事实上，自6月虚拟货币货币市场暴跌以来，AEX平台就因LUNA币近乎归零陷入流动性危机，彼时已经难以为继。
