We can begin by simply looking at the four historic steps of 50 years' worth of Lee Ka-chung, known as the “King of the Bottoms” — almost every step of the way — to the wind of the times.

After the South-East Asian financial crisis, the country promised to help Hong Kong, and finally succeeded in defeating Soros’s capital agglomerations, the economy re-emerged, and Li demonstrated once again the vision of its historical giants.

The US subprime crisis of 2008 has left Europe in a state of economic quagmire. Lee's investment has shifted across the board, reaching $390 billion in the United Kingdom alone.

As for more advanced investment targets such as Bitcoin, Li, referring to the recent hot bitcoin in his dinner address at the beginning of this year, said that he was more conservative and believed that Bitcoin was at risk and had invested more than 100 million Hong Kong dollars in the Bitcoin terminal market only in 2014.

2013年12月27日，据香港《南华早报》英文版报道，亿万富翁李嘉诚通过旗下风投公司Horizons Ventures投资了美国比特币支付初创公司BitPay，投资数额不详。

On 27 December 2013, according to the English version of the Hong Kong South China Morning Post, billionaire Lee Ka-chung invested in Bitpay in United States currency to pay its start-up company, Horizons Ventures, with an unknown amount of investment.

Horizons Ventures翻译成中文是维港投资，属于李嘉诚的旗下投资基金，用于投资高科技领域，周凯旋（Solina Chau）是主要管理人。

The translation of Horizons Ventures into Chinese is an investment in Vi Harbour, belonging to Li Jiachen's investment fund, which invests in high-tech areas, and Solina Chau is the principal manager.

在知乎上，署名周凯旋的网友用繁体字对此事做了回应：

到了2014年5月，《南华早报》报道，李嘉诚通过维港投资继续对BitPay投资，文章中称，“新增投资总额并未对外公开，但是外界认为将达到过亿港元”。此前，BitPay已经通过A轮融资筹集了3000万美元。

By May 2014, the South China Morning Post reported that Li Jiachen had continued to invest in Bitpay through the Port of Vi, stating that “the total amount of the new investment was not made public, but was thought to be over HK$30 billion.” Prior to that, Bitpay had raised $30 million through round A financing.

据此推断，李嘉诚在2014年投资1亿多港币到比特币终端市场，应该指的是对BitPay的投资，至于昨晚香港地产起家富豪家族的信托基金抄底加密货币的是不是李嘉诚呢？维港投资应该会给出回答。
