有关比特币等虚拟货币交易所是否保留两家出口的悬念最终揭晓，中国将告别传统的比特币交易平台。在宣布10月底逐步停止所有数字资产兑人民币的交易业务之后，9月16日，火币网、OKCoin币行均修改公告称，下一步将停止所有关于虚拟货币的交易业务。

China will leave the traditional Bitcoin trading platform. Following the announcement that all digital assets would be phased out at the end of October against the renminbi, on September 16, the Signal Network and the OKCoin Bank revised the announcement that all transactions related to virtual currency would be discontinued next.

业内人士表示，此举意味着在平台上开展币币交易，或是提供信息撮合式的个人对个人之间的虚拟货币交易业务，也将被全面叫停。比特币在国内的场内交易渠道几乎全被封死。

According to industry sources, this means that currency transactions on the platform, or virtual money transactions between individuals who provide information to facilitate them, will also be completely shut down. Bitcoin’s internal trading channels are almost completely blocked.

9月16日午间，火币网、OKCoin币行就前一天发布的关于停止人民币交易业务的公告做出了修订，表示下一步将停止所有关于虚拟货币的交易业务。

On the afternoon of 16 September, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea signed an amendment to the announcement issued the previous day on the cessation of the trade in the renminbi, stating that all transactions relating to the virtual currency would be discontinued as a next step.

此前的9月15日，被认为国内交易量最大的两家比特币交易平台火币网、OKCoin币行被央行等监管层约谈，当晚陆续发布公告，宣布停止人民币交易业务。不过，两家交易平台在公告中表示“仅停止人民币交易业务，其余业务不受影响”。

On the previous day, on 15 September, the two Bitcoin trading platforms that were considered to have the largest volume of domestic transactions were interviewed at the regulatory level, including the central bank, and an announcement was issued the same evening to suspend the business of the renminbi. However, the two trading platforms stated in the announcement that “only the transaction of the renminbi will be stopped, and the rest of the business will not be affected”.

在这两家被业内称为“风向标”的平台宣布停止人民币交易业务之前，新京报记者独家获悉，9月15日下午央行等监管层约谈OKCoin、火币网等比特币交易所。据参会的监管人士透露，目前监管部门要求比特币交易平台上报关停方案，允许关停时间有早晚，但是，最终都将关停。出于风险考虑，先期将上线ICO代币交易等不规范运作的比特币交易平台关停，其余慢慢关停。监管部门对具体的关停时间也做了要求。

随后，当天晚间，两家平台发布公告，措辞近乎一致：2017年9月15日21：30起，暂停注册及人民币充值业务；此外，两家平台将于9月30日前通知所有用户即将停止交易，并于10月31日前，依次逐步停止所有数字资产兑人民币的交易业务。公告也指出，两家平台的充币、提币、提现、虚拟货币间的交易等业务不受影响。

Subsequently, in the evening of the same day, two platforms issued an announcement, the wording of which is almost identical: on 15 September 2017, at 21:30, registration and renminbi replenishment operations were suspended; in addition, the two platforms will notify all users of the imminent cessation of transactions by 30 September and, in turn, phase out all transactions involving digital assets against the renminbi by 31 October.

事实上，在火币网、OKCoin币行宣布关停所有业务之前，9月14日晚间，比特币中国已宣布9月30日将停止所有数字资产交易业务。此后，包括微比特、李笑来投资的云币网等其他虚拟货币交易所也纷纷发布了关闭交易平台的公告。

Indeed, in the evening of September 14, before the gunnets and the OKCoin bank announced the closure of all operations, Bitcoin China announced that it would suspend all digital asset transactions on September 30. Since then, other virtual currency exchanges, including the Wibitt, Li’s laughter-invested cloudnet, have issued announcements to close the trading platform.
