元宇宙概念股盛天网络回复关注函 相关项目仍在开发阶段

11月9日晚，盛天网络(300494)回复深交所关注函称，对元宇宙相关表述准确客观，公司认为线下场景是提供早期元宇宙相关硬件和内容体验的必要场地，而云计算方案是解决元宇宙超高算力需求的现实路径之一。

In response to a letter of deep concern on the evening of 9 November (300494), the Sky Network replied that it was accurate and objective to describe the meta-cosm, that it considered the bottom-of-line scenario to be a necessary site for providing an early meta-cosm-related experience of hardware and content, and that the cloud computing option was one of the realistic ways to address the super-calculative needs of the meta-cosm.

盛天网络曾在11月3日盘中公告称，公司拟在线下场景打造元宇宙接入点，在网吧中开辟元宇宙体验专区，近期已开展了相关项目的前期立项和研究准备工作，并表示云游戏或是元宇宙雏形，是通向元宇宙的必经之路。对此，监管予以关注并要求说明现有业务与元宇宙概念的关联性等问题。

As announced in the November 3 series, the company plans to set up a meta-cosmos access point online, create a meta-cosmos experience section in Internet cafes, have recently launched pre-programming and research preparations for related projects, and have indicated that cloud games or meta-cosm prototypes are essential pathways to the meta-cosm. In this regard, regulatory attention is being given to issues such as the relevance of existing operations to meta-cosm concepts.

盛天网络表示，公司计划通过联合相关产业链合作伙伴在网吧等线下场景尝试提供VR/AR相关设备和内容的体验专区；在算力方面，盛天网络推出的随乐游云游戏平台基于盛天云计算平台搭建。

The Skynet indicated that the company plans to attempt to provide VR/AR-related equipment and content at the bottom of the webcafe and other settings through association with relevant industry chain partners; in terms of arithmetic, the Skynet platform for play-and-coated clouds is based on a platform for computing clouds.

盛天网络认为，以VR、AR设备为代表的硬件可以作为早期的元宇宙硬件接入入口。拟由行业伙伴提供VR/AR设备及内容，由盛天网络开发内容管理以及付费、衍生服务接入平台，提供一整套线下场景用户可以随时体验的技术方案，以PC-VR选单、VR头盔内选单为直接产品形态，提供给用户选择及体验虚拟现实的入口途径。

SkyNet believes that hardware, represented by VR or AR devices, can serve as an early entry point for meta-cosm hardware.

目前盛天网络拥有全面自主技术的云游戏平台“随乐游云游戏平台”已上线推广。据介绍，该平台可在台式计算机、平板电脑和手机上使用，并已达到服务器部署省内0-20ms延迟，1080p画质60fps的技术水平。但公司也表示，平台目前上线时间还较短，现阶段的重点目标是提升用户体验、扩大用户规模，当前实现的收入在公司整体营业收入中的占比低于5%。

盛天网络还计划在线下场景打造VR/AR体验专区及体验馆。该项目于2021年6月开展前期研究，2021年9月底正式立项。项目初步规划10人角色团队。公司认为VR硬件价格门槛大幅降低，且相关概念在全球广泛传播，而网吧等线下娱乐场景仍聚集硬核玩家，且硬件厂商有推广需求，因此项目具备可行性。

不过，盛天网络提醒，元宇宙概念目前依然是早期阶段，很多相关技术并不成熟，元宇宙最终将发展成什么形态还有待时间的验证。在VR/AR体验专区项目中，公司不生产VR/AR硬件，仅开发内容管理以及付费、衍生服务接入平台。当前项目还在开发阶段，最终落地时间存在较大的不确定性，请广大投资者注意投资风险。

盛天网络曾因元宇宙概念刺激而股价大涨，11月3日至今5个交易日中涨幅近20%。11月9日股价出现回调，当日报收每股18.31元，跌3.02%。

元宇宙板块近期在市场上表现火热，炒作情绪蔓延。多家公司近期受到监管关注，易尚展示、中青宝、佳创视讯等公司收到关注函。其中易尚展示11月1日至8日累计上涨49%，11月9日股价跌停；中青宝在近7个交易日中涨幅达62%，佳创视讯近7个交易日涨幅达86%。

中信证券此前在研报中提示，元宇宙初期产品往往争议较大，商业化效果具有较强不确定性；全球各国对元宇宙的政策和监管的不确定性；AI、图形引擎、高速无线通信等各方面技术都有可能影响元宇宙发展进程，相关技术进程亦具有不确定性。

Sino-Portuguese securities have previously suggested in their research that the early products of the meta-cosmos are often more controversial and commercialized with greater uncertainty; that the policies and regulations of the meta-cosmos across the globe are uncertain; and that technologies such as AI, graphic engines, high-speed wireless communication, etc., can influence the development of the meta-cosm and related technological processes are uncertain.
