In accordance with the policy guidance issued by the United States Department of the Treasury in March 2013, the Virtual Currency Exchange and Management Company are considered as money service providers and are required to register with the Financial Crimes Enforcement System of the United States Department of the Treasury and meet record and reporting obligations.

　　纽约州金融服务局表示，他们计划最迟不晚于今年二季度末提出一套针对虚拟货币的监管框架，而对虚拟货币交易所运营的管理办法将与来的虚拟货币监管框架相适应。

The New York State Financial Services Agency indicated that it planned to introduce a regulatory framework for virtual currency by the end of the second quarter of this year, and that the management of the operation of the virtual currency exchange would be aligned with the forthcoming virtual currency regulatory framework.
