币圈代投双面人生：一边是40%的高提成 一边也是韭菜

代投，一直是币圈的重要参与者。他们在一级市场或者通过一些关系拿到加密货币私募轮，卖给投资者，中间赚差价。

代投收益的算法更是简单粗暴，要客户买10万的等价ETH等知名币种，代投留下4万，剩下6万拿去给项目方换等价未上交易所的币种。

币圈熊市，很多项目上线就破发，在一位币圈资深人士看来，代投的时代早已经过去，熊市之下再无暴富。“现在挣钱难，因为大家的认知都提升了，任何项目都不会盲投。”

如此一来，只要有投资人通过类似于小张一类的代投中介购买了币，小张就会有一笔入账款，而且币圈的投资人一般都身价不菲，几十几百万的投资并不是少数。

从小张的言语以及后来升妹儿与另外一位币圈资深人士的聊天中，不难想象，其实代投圈已经不如以往那般是一门“来钱快”的营生，各种套路和陷阱一直存在，只不过在牛市的时候被各种暴富的消息盖了过去。而在熊市临时，这些消息如雨后春笋般冒了出来。

代投究竟是为何能收割财富呢？“区块链行业有币圈、矿圈、链圈，而代投就是币圈里的。币圈有二级市场（上交易所），一级市场（私募融资），天使轮、基石轮（大型投资机构参与，普通人参与不了）。代投也就是自己在一级市场或者有关系拿到很低的价格，卖给别人，中间赚差价。”币圈大佬老李用一副深知其中猫腻的口吻说到，跟着代投买币是有风险的。

许多代投甚至不清楚自己手里的币究竟是不是真的数字货币，有些就是毫无价值的传销币、空气币等骗局，但是依旧有大批的韭菜跟着代投买币。老李滔滔不绝的说着自己的心得，并告诉升妹儿，区块链本来是新技术，各类概念一大堆，不容易理解很正常。而传销一旦披上了数字货币的外衣，便具有很强的隐蔽性、金融性和更具欺骗性等特点，比较难判断一个代投所帮你买的目标数字货币是不是骗局。

当然，即使项目是真的，跟着代投买币也依旧有风险，甚至于代投本身拿到的价格，就已经被宰了。老李对升妹儿说到，原本价值1块钱的币，可是代投多加了5毛，相当于买方开始就已经被割了50%的韭菜，就算是后来上交易所后1.5块，也是不赚钱的。上线1块就亏了，如果破发，也是亏的。更不用说，有些代投拿的价格就已经很高了。而项目方呢？不论代投多少钱拿币，他们都是挣钱的。

2017年9月4日，央行发布公告禁止ICO。公告指出：代币发行融资是指融资主体通过代币的违规发售、流通，向投资者筹集比特币、以太币等所谓“虚拟货币”，本质上是一种未经批准非法公开融资的行为，涉嫌非法发售代币票券、非法发行证券以及非法集资、金融诈骗、传销等违法犯罪活动。

而代投作为一种向普通投资人兜售“ICO“项目方发行加密货币的行为，本质就是违法违规行为，无论代投人如何采取方式去规避，但是根据监管实质大于形式的思路，代投行为实际上就是一种违法活动。
