国内比特币价格创历史新高 一度升破20000元大关

6月6日，比特币再创新高。OKCoin数据显示，国内比特币报价突破20000元，涨超9%。

On 6 June, Bitcoin was re-innovated. The data for OKCoin show that the domestic bid for Bitcoin exceeded $200, an increase of over 9 per cent.

经过了近4个月的“暂停提币”后，5月31日深夜比特币交易平台开放提币。虽然消息一出，比特币价格即一路攀升，但交易量却并未跟随大幅上涨，市场反应比预期冷静。而随着各式各样“数字货币”的出现，业内人士表示，相关的首次发行等制度建设亟待跟进。

After almost four months of “suspension of the coin,” the Bitcoin trading platform opened up late on 31 May. Although the news came that Bitcoin prices had risen, the volume of transactions had not followed the sharp rise, and the market response had been calmer than expected.

交易量并无显著变化

5月31日深夜，比特币交易平台OKcoin币行开放提币。虽然币行并未第一时间发布公告，但多位投资者表示已成功提币。这是三大比特币平台暂停提币100多天后的首次放行提币。

The Bitcoin trading platform opened up the currency bill late on 31 May. Although the bank did not issue a first-time announcement, several investors said they had succeeded in raising the currency.

受此影响，比特币价格攀升。5月31日晚11:30分，OKcoin网站比特币价格冲到16500元/每币，较30分钟前涨上涨10%。6月5日，到记者截稿时三大交易平台价格维持在17910元-17950元/每币。较开放提币前的15000元上涨16%左右。如此涨幅在股市足以使多头欢欣雀跃，但见惯了价格动辄几小时内涨跌20%甚至更多的比特币投资者却相对淡定。平台放行提币后，比特币交易量并未出现大幅增加，截稿时三大平台交易量依然维持在24小时1.3万币左右。一位比特币投资者说，现在比特币的价格正常波动范围在14000元-38000元，不超出这个范围都是正常。

On 5 June, the prices of the three trading platforms were maintained at $17,910 – $17950 – at the time of the press deadline. The price of $15,000 before the opening of the currency rose by about 16%. Such an increase in the stock market was enough to make multiple customers happy, but it was common to see prices rise or drop by 20% or even more by a few hours, a relatively low margin. After the platform’s introduction of the currency, there was no significant increase in the amount of currency transactions, and the three platforms’ transactions remained at around $13,000 – 24 hours – at the time of the cut-off.

价格上升为何并未带来交易量上涨？业内人士分析认为，目前三大交易平台实行双向收费，高频交易被抑制；虽然比特币还是最重要的准数字货币，但目前莱特币、瑞波币等也被越来越多的玩家接受，比特币受宠程度下降；投资者还在观望等待来自央行的消息。

Why did price rises not lead to an increase in the volume of transactions? Industry sources have analysed that two-way charges are being imposed on the three trading platforms and high-frequency transactions are being suppressed; while Bitcoin is the most important quasi-digital currency, it is now accepted by a growing number of players, such as Letco and Ripoco, and bitcoins are less favoured; investors are still waiting for news from the central bank.

至记者截稿时，三大交易平台均未发布提币公告。不过各家客服已经向投资者透露目前正在试行提币，三家均设定了限额，额度最大的火币网每天最多可提50币，单笔最高亦是50币。火币网市场部人士介绍，目前在火币网，凡提币必进行视频认证。

At the time of the press release, none of the three trading platforms had issued a currency announcement. However, the customer’s services had revealed to investors that they were currently experimenting with currency withdrawals, and all three had set a limit of up to 50 dollars per day for the largest gunnet and up to 50 dollars per day.

“砖家”活跃

开放提币后，最开心的当属在不同平台间“搬砖”的“砖家”。开放提币之初，各交易平台价格差距较大。比如6月1日午间，Okcoin币行最高价报16601元/每币，而云币则最高报17100元/每币。两家平台差了近500元。扣除手续费之后，“搬砖”依然有利可图。这种价格差的机会不可多得，于是“砖家”非常活跃。

For example, on the afternoon of 1 June, Okcoin had the highest price of $16001 per coin, while the Yuncoin had the highest price of $17,100 per dollar. The two platforms were nearly $500 short. After deducting the fees, the “brick move” was still profitable.

从低价平台提币到高价平台卖，算上买卖的手续费(按照平台目前的收费标准，两者加起来是千分之四)，每搬一个币还有少则200-300元，多则300-400元的收益。即便每人每天只有10个币的限额，一天几千元也可轻松入账。到6月5日记者截稿时，国内各大平台价格已经较为接近，“搬砖”机会不再。但是国内价格依然低于国际价格，Okcoin币行中国网站与国际网站的价差约为300元/每币。

From a low-priced platform to a high-priced platform, the transaction fee (the sum of the two is four parts per thousand, according to the platform’s current rates) is $200-300 and $300-400 for each move. Even a limit of 10 dollars per person per day, thousands of dollars per day can be easily recorded. By 5 June, the prices of the country’s major platforms were close, and “brick removal” opportunities were no longer available.

制度建设亟待跟进

2017年2月9日，央行要求比特币平台暂停提币，以进行反洗钱系统升级。三大比特币平台当时对外宣称预计需要一个月左右的时间。100多天过去了，三大交易平台才出现开放提币迹象。但另一方面，未被限制小众数字货币——瑞波币、狗狗币等却一路飙升。尤其瑞波币近两个月最高涨了50倍。这些小众数字货币、数字资产过去主要活跃在小众交易平台。但比特币暂停提现之后，交易量极速萎缩。比特币平台方人士介绍，平台主要收入来源是融资融币的借贷费和交易费。目前融资融币业务已停，交易量萎缩到之前的百分之一，两项收入相应地萎缩到可忽略的程度。

On 9 February 2017, the Central Bank asked the Bitcoin platform to suspend the withdrawal of the currency in order to upgrade the anti-money-laundering system. The three Bitcoin platforms announced that they were expected to take about a month or so. Over 100 days, the three trading platforms showed signs of opening up.

5月31日，火币网引进较受投资者欢迎的以太坊，并开放交易，同时支持以太坊的充值和提取。同日Okcoin币行也宣布开放以太坊业务。业内人士介绍，由于缺乏行业标准，交易平台上什么数字货币，什么时候上，并无标准可依。

On the same day, the Okcoin bank also announced the opening of its operations. Industry sources described the lack of industry standards and the absence of any digital currency on the trading platform.

不过引进流行的数字资产和数字货币，能否改变比特币交易平台的现状尚不确定。5月31日，一位曾经一个月“挖出”百枚比特币的死忠玩家表示，过段时间会将比特币提出来。而此前制造勒索病毒的黑客指定比特币作为支付手段也令比特币蒙羞。这并非偶然，由于匿名性，比特币一直是犯罪分子支付、洗钱的重要工具，比如比特币一直是全球最大的地下毒品交易网站“丝路”最主要的支付方式。也是因为匿名性，全球比特币交易平台出现的几次失窃事件，也很难抓住元凶，追回比特币。

However, it is uncertain whether the introduction of popular digital assets and money will change the status quo of the Bitcoin trading platform. On May 31, a dead loyal player who had “drawed out” 100 bitcoins a month said that Bitcoin would be presented for some time.

瑞资通CIO严志表示，比特币的匿名性使得比特币交易平台因此面临严峻的失窃风险，比特币的技术特点成为交易平台的一大漏洞。

Swift CIO strongly states that the anonymity of Bitcoin exposes the Bitcoin trading platform to a serious risk of theft, and that the technical characteristics of Bitcoin constitute a major gap in the trading platform.

比特币技术的另一问题也尚未完全解决。比特币基于的区块链技术中，区块大小是既定的，这给比特币交易速度设定了一个天花板。随着比特币交易者增多，交易经常出现拥堵。

Another problem with bitcoin technology has not yet been fully resolved. Bitcoin is based on block chain technology where blocks are set in size, which sets a ceiling for the speed of bitcoin transactions.

2016年10月至今，比特币从4000元升至18000元，升值幅度远超股市、债市和外汇市场。记者了解到，以比特币为代表的数字货币已经被社会各界所关注。据悉，某南方文交所正在接触区块链公司，希望可以将文化艺术品交易与区块链结合起来。而另一南方交易平台则推出了普尔币——普洱茶与比特币的结合品种。

From October 2016 to the present, Bitcoin rose from $4,000 to $18,000, an appreciation far greater than the stock market, the debt market, and the foreign exchange market. Journalists learned that the digital currency, represented by Bitcoin, has become a concern for all sectors of society.

目前国内交易的数字货币平台种类繁多。据玩家介绍，数字货币、数字资产交易已成“浑水”，存在传销等大坑。他建议，如果一种数字货币只在一个交易平台交易则投资者需要尽量远离。

There are a variety of digital money platforms for domestic transactions. According to players, digital currency and digital asset transactions have become “inundant” and there are marketing pits. He suggested that investors need to stay as far away as possible if a digital currency is traded only on a single trading platform.

据悉比特币交易平台已意识到比特币交易的上述问题，北京平台方有意设立行业自律联盟，力图使比特币以及其它数字货币在成长起来之前不被玩坏。但行业联盟什么时间设立，怎样进行自律尚未确定，行业自律联盟的设立也还没有时间表。

According to the Sydney Bitcoin trading platform, which is aware of the above-mentioned problems of Bitcoin transactions, the Beijing platform intends to set up an industry self-regulation coalition to try to keep Bitcoin and other digital currencies from spoiling until they grow up. But there is no time to determine when, how, and no time to set up an industry self-regulation coalition.

日前，央行科技司副司长、中国人民银行数字货币研究所所长姚前在上海新金融研究院(SFI)内部课题评审会上将“比特币”界定未“准数字货币”、“类数字货币”，明确其不具有“货币”属性。谈到类数字货币的首发(ICO)，姚前认为应该从制度建设出发，建立一个完整的监管框架。

Earlier, Yao, Deputy Director of the Central Bank's Science and Technology Department and Director of the Digital Monetary Institute of the People's Bank of China, had defined “bitcoin” at the Shanghai Institute of New Financial Studies (SFI) internal subject review meeting as an “unbelievable “digital currency” and a “digital currency” that did not have a “currency” character. Turning to the “ICO” of digital currencies, Yao was of the view that a comprehensive regulatory framework should be established in the context of institution-building.
