腾讯云发起成立产业区块链联盟，计划年内招募100家成员

　　区块链纳入国家新基建范畴，明确了区块链在产业中的落地前景，也进一步引导了区块链生态共建的诉求。

　　6月1日，腾讯云召开“产业区块链联盟暨课堂发布会”，宣布发起成立产业区块链联盟，并计划在一年之内面向相关企业、行业协会、行业媒体、投资机构、高校、智库等群体招募超过100家成员，共同推动产业区块链相关标准建设、区块链核心技术研发以及产业落地。

On 1 June, the “Industry Block Chain Alliance and Classroom Launch” was launched. It announced the launch of the Industrial Block Chain Alliance and plans to recruit more than 100 members over a year from relevant enterprises, industry associations, industry media, investment institutions, universities, think tanks, etc., to jointly promote the construction of standards related to the industrial block chain, the development of core technology in the block chain and the landing of the industry.

The Industrial Block Chain Alliance was described as comprising the Standards Committee, the Technical Committee and the Commercial Ecology Committee.

　　其中标准委员会将协同政府相关领导机构、行业协会、行业智库专家、企业家，结合产业区块链实践，与国家相关团队进行合作，共同制定国家标准、行业标准和团队标准，指导区块链技术的标准化和规范化应用，为区块链的规模化、产业化、专业化发展建立标准基础。

Among them, the Standards Committee, in collaboration with relevant government authorities, industry associations, industry think tanks, entrepreneurs, in conjunction with industry block chain practices, will work with relevant national teams to develop national standards, industry standards and team standards to guide the standardization and normative application of block chain technology, and to establish a standard basis for the scalability, industrialization and professional development of block chains.

The technical committee will explore the planning of block-chain technology platforms with resources such as industry think tanks, enterprise technology high-level, and higher education institutions. The cloud will also provide full access to technology and industrial solutions, helping the members of the alliance to build a joint industrial-block-chain solution based on a platform to tap cloud-line block-chain services and a platform at the bottom of the block-chain.

　　商业生态委员会则将连接行业媒体、投资机构等，以金融、政务、民生、文娱等重点行业为突破口，通过市场策划与运营，推动联盟内部产品和方案的商机转化，促进联盟生态繁荣，提升区块链技术的产业和商业价值。在联盟运作下，成员商机转化率预期将提升30%。

The Business Ecology Commission, for its part, will connect industry media, investment agencies, etc., and, at the entry point for key sectors such as finance, government, civics, entertainment, etc., will facilitate the transformation of business opportunities in the Alliance’s products and programmes through market planning and operation, promote the Alliance’s ecological prosperity and enhance the industrial and commercial value of block-chain technologies. Under the Alliance’s operations, the turnover rate of members is expected to increase by 30%.

　　发布会上，腾讯高级执行副总裁、云与智慧产业事业群总裁汤道生在致辞中表示，作为产业互联网的关键基础技术之一，区块链能够支撑“数据”这种新的生产要素更合理地配置和流动。区块链目前还处于产业应用早期，期待以产业区块链联盟为契机，促进行业规范的共同探讨，也为区块链行业的健康发展打下坚实基础。

　　联盟首批成员单位北京筑龙信息技术有限责任公司副总经理曹飞虎认为，推动区块链在产业的落地，需要更多产业上下游企业的深度合作，联盟的成立有助于更广泛地推进区块链技术、应用的发展。在此之前，北京筑龙与腾讯云合作，基于腾讯云区块链服务平台TBaaS打造了国内首个交易全过程应用区块链加密存证技术的招投标交易平台，借助区块链防篡改和可追溯等特性保障数据真实性和安全性，提升招投标工作的透明度和效率。

The Alliance’s first member, the Deputy Director-General of Tsakulong Information Technology Limited, in Beijing, said that promoting the location of the block chain in the industry would require more in-depth cooperation between industry and downstream enterprises, and that the establishment of the alliance would help to advance the development of block chain technology and applications more broadly.
