交易所也“拔网线了”
据报道，伴随着比特币等数字加密货币价格全线下跌，美国最大的数字加密货币交易所Coinbase今日出现宕机。

18日晚间，中国支付清算协会、中银协和互金协会昨日联合公告，明确金融机构、支付机构不得开展与虚拟货币相关的业务。同日，内蒙古发展改革委资源节约和环境保护处发布《关于受理虚拟货币挖矿企业问题信访举报的公告》指出，自治区能耗双控应急指挥部办公室设立虚拟货币“挖矿”企业举报平台，全面清理关停虚拟货币“挖矿”项目。

周三（5月19日），国内商品期货夜盘黑色系大幅收跌，焦煤跌停，跌幅7.98%；铁矿石跌7.92%，动力煤跌7.81%，热轧卷板跌7.21%，螺纹钢跌7.07%，焦炭跌6.45%。能源化工品也大幅受挫，玻璃跌6.06%，纯碱跌5.33%，甲醇跌4.97%，燃油跌3.82%，PVC跌3.68%。

会议指出，今年以来，受主要是国际传导等多重因素影响，部分大宗商品价格持续上涨，一些品种价格连创新高。要高度重视大宗商品价格攀升带来的不利影响，贯彻党中央、国务院部署，按照精准调控要求，针对市场变化，突出重点综合施策，保障大宗商品供给，遏制其价格不合理上涨，努力防止向居民消费价格传导。
The meeting noted that, since the beginning of the year, a number of commodity prices have continued to rise and some varieties have become more innovative, mainly due to a combination of factors such as international transmission. Consider the negative effects of commodity price hikes, and follow up on the deployment of the Party’s central and State Councils to respond to market changes in accordance with precise regulatory requirements, focus on integrated measures to safeguard commodity supply, contain unjustified price increases, and work to prevent the transmission of consumer prices to the population.
一要多措并举加强供需双向调节。
There is a need for a combination of measures to strengthen the two-way reconciliation of supply and demand.
落实提高部分钢铁产品出口关税、对生铁及废钢等实行零进口暂定税率、取消部分钢铁产品出口退税等政策，促进增加国内市场供应。着力调结构，抑制高耗能项目。发挥我国煤炭资源丰富优势，督促重点煤炭企业在确保安全前提下增产增供，增加风电、光伏、水电、核电等出力，做好迎峰度夏能源保障。

坚持扩大对外开放，加强大宗商品进出口和储备调节，推进通关便利化，更好利用两个市场、两种资源，增强保供稳价能力。

二要加强市场监管。发挥行业协会作用，强化行业自律。加强期现货市场联动监管，适时采取有针对性措施，排查异常交易和恶意炒作行为。依法严厉查处达成实施垄断协议、散播虚假信息、哄抬价格特别是囤积居奇等行为并公开曝光。

特斯拉暴跌超4%
