多家上市企业再加码投资加密货币，部署矿机算力欲望强烈

2021年，多家上市企业再次加码投资加密行业，从投资矿商企业、矿机到直接购入加密货币。为抓住当下仍看涨的加密行情，这些上市企业正纷纷发起新一轮攻势，借此与行业进一步融合与实现扩张，从加密行业获得更大的投资收益。

In 2021, several listed enterprises reinvested in the encryption industry, from investing in mining companies, mining machines, to the direct purchase of encrypted money. To capture the encrypting situation that is still growing, these listed enterprises are launching a new offensive that will further integrate and expand with the industry and generate greater investment returns from the encryption industry.

近几天，美股上市企业500.COM乘着加密货币的东风实现了弯道超车后，继续收购矿商企业；美图集团全资子公司美图香港再加码购买近千万美元的比特币；另外，A股上市公司智度股份香港子公司近日向比特小鹿集团完成首批总额1200万美元规模的区块链算力云服务采购；美股上市矿企Riot Blockchain更是大手笔，宣布从比特大陆以1.385亿美元的价格购买4.2万台S19j蚂蚁矿机。

In recent days, U.S. stock listing companies 500.COM continued to buy mining companies after they had been overtaken by the east wind of the encrypted currency; Uttar Pradesh's wholly-owned subsidiary, Uttar Pradesh, bought nearly $10 million in extra bitcoins; in addition, A's stock listing company, wisedo Hong Kong, recently completed its first $12 million-sized purchase of block-chain computing cloud services to the Bitter Group; and the U.S. stock listing miner, Riot Blockchain, was even more powerful, announcing the purchase of 42,000 S19j ant miners from Bitcoat at a price of $138.5 million.

一些上市公司目前还是以部署矿机算力为主要突破口，期冀借此方式能合规参与到加密货币市场中来，从而搭上这轮势如破竹的牛市行情。

A number of listed companies are currently using the deployment of miner computing as the main entry point for their ability to comply with their participation in the crypto-currency market, thus setting the stage for such a race.

关于目前上市公司购买加密矿机的情况，华夏时报金融研究院研究员向比特大陆内部专业人士咨询，他表示，现在矿机销售的情况属于公司机密，不过目前市面上的购买欲望确实很强烈，公司的研发、供应链、销售，都是处在任务拉满的状态。

With regard to the current purchase of encrypted mine machines by listed companies, the researcher at the summer newspaper Financial Research Institute consulted with insiders in the Bit continent, who stated that the sale of mine machines was now classified by the company, but that the desire for purchase on the market was indeed strong, and that the company's research and development, supply chain and sales were in a state of overstretching.

近日，美股上市矿企Riot Blockchain宣布从比特大陆以1.385亿美元的价格购买4.2万台 S19j蚂蚁矿机。上述比特大陆内部人士表示，按合同规定的时间起，每月向Riot Blockchain发出3500台以上。据悉。目前矿机供不应求，处在卖方市场的很多矿机厂商订单都排到了明年甚至后年。

Recently, the U.S. stock-marketing company Riot Blockchain announced the purchase of 42,000 S19j ant aircraft for $138.5 million from the mainland of Bit. According to the above-mentioned insiders, more than 3,500 machines are being sent to Riot Blockchain every month from the time specified in the contract.

据蚂蚁矿机官方发布的公告，为满足市场对蚂蚁矿机的强劲需求，比特大陆将开放新春第二批次蚂蚁矿机S19j定购。本批次定购矿机于北京时间3月2日14:00全球同步开售，并计划于今年10月发货。

According to an official announcement by the ant miner, in order to meet the market’s strong demand for ant miner, the second batch of ant miners S19j in the New Spring will be opened for purchase. This batch opened at 1400 GMT on March 2, Beijing time, and is scheduled to be delivered in October of this year.

据了解，S19j算力高达90TH/s，整机功耗3100W，能效比低至34.5J/T，预计作业可达五年以上。

S19j is known to be as high as 90 TH/s, with a full power of 3100 W, energy efficiency as low as 34.5 J/T, and is expected to operate for more than five years.

在购买矿机公告中，Riot Blockchain表示，在2022年全面部署后，公司将拥有约81,150台蚂蚁矿机，其中，95%将为新一代S19系列机型，总算力将达到7.7 EH/s。

In the purchase machine announcement, Riot Blockchain indicated that after full deployment in 2022, the company would own approximately 81,150 ant miners, 95 per cent of which would be a new generation of S19 series, with a total capacity of 7.7 EH/s.

在矿机供不应求的背景下，美股上市企业500.COM正在走另一条路布局加密矿业，开始收购矿商企业，自己制造矿机。

Against the background of inadequate supply of mine machines, the United States stock market company 500.COM is taking another route to encrypt the mining industry and is starting to acquire the miner enterprise and make its own machines.

500.com Limited，500彩票网(WBAI.US），又名比特矿业，其官方宣布，已与蜜蜂计算香港有限公司（“蜜蜂计算”）的股东（“售股股东”）签订了一项股份置换协议（“股份置换协议”）。公司以总价值1亿美元，合计45,825,530的A类普通股为对价收购蜜蜂计算（香港）有限公司（“蜜蜂计算”），约占到2021年3月31日公司总发行股本的8.18%。

500.com Limited, 500 Lottery Network (WBAI.US), also known as Bit Mining, has officially announced that it has entered into an agreement for the exchange of shares with bee-counting shareholders in Hong Kong Limited (“bee-counting”) (“share-exchange agreement”). The company purchased bee-counting (Hong Kong) Limited (“Hong Kong bee-counting”) for a total value of US$ 100 million, totalling US$ 45,825,530, or 8.18 per cent of the company's total issued equity as at 31 March 2021.

据悉，蜜蜂计算是数字货币芯片设计和矿机制造商，包含比特币、以太坊和莱特币矿机的研发制造。在数字货币芯片和矿机的研发投入累计已超过3500万美元，并自行生产了搭载前述7nm芯片的比特币矿机。在此次比特矿业的收购公告中提到，将持续量产一定规模的7nm ASIC比特币矿机、以太坊ASIC矿机、莱特币ASIC矿机。并计划在首次交割后向蜜蜂计算投入不少于3000万美金的资金用于数字货币芯片和矿机的研发。

Bee calculations are known to be manufacturers of digital currency chip designs and mining machines, including bitcoin, Ether, and Lightcoin machines. Research and development investments in digital money chips and mine machines have accumulated over $35 million, and have produced their own bitcoins with the aforementioned 7nm chips. In the announcement of the purchase of Bit Mining, it is mentioned that 7nm ASICbitco machines of a certain size will be produced on a continuous basis, as well as ASIC machines in Taipan, and Letcos.

In the three months since this year, the operation of the 500 Lottery Network (WBAI.US) has changed dramatically, starting with the purchase of spot and futures bitcoin and an Ether miner with a number of companies; it has acquired 435 megawatts of electric power from hydroelectric mines by increasing the shareholding of Hong Kong's listed company Lotto Recreation (08198.HK) dollars; and it has recently signed a stock swap agreement with the Bitter deer to acquire BTC.com mineral ponds, wallets, and website operations.

4月8日，美图集团公布第三次投资比特币。美图联交所公告，其全资子公司美图香港根据加密货币投资计划在公开市场交易中进一步购买了175.67798279单位的比特币，总对价约为1000万美元；据统计，截至本公告日期，集团已累计净购买了价值约1亿美元的加密货币。另外，其全资子公司Miracle Vision根据加密货币投资计划在公开市场交易中购买了31000单位的以太币，总对价约为5050万美元，买入765.20724325单位比特币，总对价约为3950万美元。

On 8 April, the UST announced its third investment in Bitcoin. The USTOP announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong, had purchased an additional 175,677,98279 bitcoins in open market transactions under the crypto-currency investment plan, at a total value of approximately $10 million; according to the statistics, the group had accumulated a net purchase of approximately $100 million worth of encrypted currency as of the date of this bulletin. In addition, its fully-owned subsidiary, Miracle Vision, had purchased 31,000 units of TT$ in open market transactions under the crypto-currency investment plan, at a total value of approximately $50.5 million, and purchased 765,20724325 dollars, at a total value of approximately $39.5 million.

该笔交易通过香港上市公司BC科技集团（00863.HK）旗下交易平台OSL进行。3月30日，亚洲数字资产及香港上市金融科技公司BC科技集团（00863.HK）发布2020年全年业绩报告。2020年全年，旗下OSL数字资产平台业务发展迅猛，年收入上升至1.51亿元人民币，较去年同期的7,160万元人民币同比增长111%。

On March 30, Asian Digital Assets and Hong Kong's listed Financial Science and Technology Corporation, BC Technology Group (00863.HK), issued a year-round performance report for 2020. Throughout 2020, OSL Digital Assets Platform operations developed rapidly, raising annual revenues to RMB 151 million, an increase of RMB 111 million over the same period last year.

另外更值得关注的是，A股上市公司智度股份(000676.SZ)香港子公司也开始试水加密行业，与比特小鹿集团（BitDeer Group）达成合作，向比特小鹿集团完成首批总额1200万美元规模的区块链算力云服务采购。

Also of even greater concern is the fact that the Hong Kong subsidiary of the stock listing company A (SZ) has also started a pilot water encryption industry, working with the BitDeer Group to complete the first purchases of block chain services of $12 million in size from the Bit Deer Group.

据了解，智度股份(000676.SZ)是深圳证券交易所主板上市企业，除了数字营销业务，于2018年起开展在区块链领域的布局，并先后完成对比特大陆、Matrixport等区块链行业企业的战略投资。其旗下子公司“北京智度智链”专注于区块链技术创新研发及基于区块链技术的行业升级解决方案的创新性研究。

In addition to the digital marketing business, which is known to be a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's main board, the smart-ass (000676.SZ) has been operating since 2018 in the area of block chains and has completed strategic investment in sector firms in the Bit continent, Matrixport, and others. Its affiliate, the Beijing intellectual chain, focuses on innovative research in the development of block-chain technological innovations and innovative solutions for industrial upgrading based on block-chain technologies.

华夏时报金融研究院研究员了解到，2020年前三个季度智度股份的营业总收入还较为亮眼，净利润却大幅下跌。前三季度的季报数据从运营能力、变现能力，可持续经营能力来看也有所恶化。针对上述情况，智度集团有限公司董事长陆宏达回复称，《深交所上市公司规范运作指引》规定：上市公司应当尽量避免在年度报告、半年度报告披露前30日内接受投资者现场调研、媒体采访等。

For the first three quarters of 2020, there was a sharp decline in net profits. The quarterly reports for the first three quarters also deteriorated in terms of operational capacity, liquidity, and sustainability. In response, the director of Chido Group Limited, Honda Lando, stated that the Standard Operating Guidelines for companies listed in deep-seated companies stated that listed companies should, to the extent possible, avoid receiving on-site research from investors, media interviews, etc. within 30 days of the disclosure of the annual and semi-annual reports.

据了解，此前，智度股份收购的海南诚品区块链技术有限公司的前负责人还发行了空气币TAC，募资价值超3000万元.

It is known that prior to that, the former head of Hainan Shinoji Block Chain Technology Ltd., which had been acquired by Chido, had also issued air currency TAC, which was raised for over $30 million.

上市公司通过各种渠道进入加密货币领域，希望通过合法合规的方式搭上加密货币的投资。不过，值得注意的是，上述国内企业，大都是财报业绩不佳以及或多或少出现了经营问题，在加密货币价格涨幅正猛的当下，寻求加密投资或许是他们脱困的一个办法。

Listed companies enter the area of cryptographic money through various channels in the hope of achieving legal compliance with their investments in encrypted money. It is worth noting, however, that most of these domestic firms are underperforming and, more or less, operating problems, and that the search for encryption investment may be one way out of their trap at a time when the price of encrypted money is rising sharply.
