江蘇推動社會治理資源下沉 持續守好“家門口”幸福

　　今年全國兩會上，習近平總書記強調，要緊緊抓住人民群眾急難愁盼問題，為人民群眾提供家門口的優質服務和精細管理。牢記總書記諄諄囑托，江蘇正不斷推動社會治理重心向基層下移，堅持和發展“新時代楓橋經驗”，把更多資源、服務、管理放到家門口，持續守好“家門口”的幸福。

　　曹女士回憶道，當初第一個孩子出生的時候，辦理這些業務要跑好幾個地方，要重復交一大堆材料。所以這一次，曹女士就請了一天的假，結果在家門口這麼快就辦好了。曹女士坦言，本來以為是甜蜜的負擔，現在是滿滿幸福。

　　利民之事，絲發必興。近年來，江蘇持續向基層放權賦能，通過“一件事”綜合受理等舉措，解決企業群眾辦事重復咨詢、頻繁跑腿等“痛點”問題。以長西街道黨群服務中心為例，2021年時這裡僅能辦理19個事項，現在能就近辦理車駕管、法律服務，甚至是開庭調解矛盾糾紛等上百項事關群眾切身利益的事項。江蘇還將管理和服務落實到神經末梢，細化到最小單元，發揮網格員、志願者等群體作用，收集民情民意，代辦服務，讓社區裡行動不便的居民、老人也能享受到全方位便捷的為民服務。
